Fox News, which is playing loudly at Dixon's watch party in Grand Rapids, just called the race for Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. The news is immediately met with loud boos. Dixon, who was supposed to issue remarks at 11:15 p.m., is currently nowhere to be seen.

Prop 1, the ballot initiative to change legislative term limits & require financial disclosure from state elected officials, is winning support in both rural, red counties and urban, blue counties. It's already up by more than 100,000 votes with 6% of votes counted.

Many Michigan county clerks will have cities & townships drive in their election results - a continuation of phasing out the use of wireless modems to send them in. It may lead to slower unofficial results. Some counties have set up secure FTPs to send results electronically.
