    Contacted Home Advisor, and the gentleman was at our home in less than an hr. After arriving, he had the problem solved in a matter of minutes. Good man.

    I have longer reviews online but to get straight to the point he charged us for parts, did not show up when he said he would, the air still did not work then we had two companies come out to give us an estimate and diagnosis and they all said even with all the parts Neuner recommended our AC and furnace just needed to be changed. Once we reached out to him, he refused to give us our refund saying he was not wrong and other companies were they just wanted to take money from us. After reading other reviews, I am not surprised at his way of responding to us as that show he replies to other unsatisfied customers. He has a lot of five-star reviews on here, the majority of them are for duct cleaning the others are for anything having to do with furnace or AC units. I will not recommend him to anyone. We will be contacting the BBB please do not waste your money here. Please if you have any doubts read my review on other websites. As I go more in-depth about our situation there.

    Diagnosed and recharged ac unit on Memorial Day!! Also for a reasonable price. Thank you for fixing our problem same day and making it a good experience. Highly recommend. Thumbs up

    Tom did an outstanding job for at a very reasonable rate. Cleaned up after himself which is a rarity of most people these days. I would recommend Neuner H&A to my family and friends.

    Rushed through the job, missed a couple vents, installed the wrong size filters in our furnace. Seemed distracted while on the job... preoccupied with his phone!
