Very personable. The kind of workman you would invite to your barbecue. Built two wonderful decks and an awning with lights. The custom work was excellent as the stair railing were raised and we needed the rear deck tied into existing decking with stair issues. We LUV, LUV LUV the work. All of our questions were answered. Respectful of our property and showed up when he said he would. Look forward to working with this contractor in the future.

I actually hired Adrian to repair my deceased dog, doghouse in memory of my precious Happygirl. He was very compassionate and caring and totally undstood how important it was to me to restore Happy’s house. He is one nicest people I have ever met. He did an excellent job! Design Exteriors has a culture of professionalism and care, starting from the top (Cedric) to everyone who worked on our project. Cedric is an artist who expects his projects to look beautiful for both his customers and his own standards. I watched him instruct his team to redo two parts of our patio, put his fingers to his lips and blow, and explain it had to look perfect. This professionalism was visible in his staff (both Marks) and all the guys who did the work. They set timeline expectations and met them. I was also appreciative that Cedric was sensitive to our budget. Heâ d happily build you the Taj Mahal, but was flexible to more creative, affordable solutions. Picking a contractor is a leap of faith that things will be done right. Iâ d highly recommend the team at Design Exteriors and will be enjoying our patio for years.

Mike and his son really went the extra mile to make sure the job(s) were done properly. New Sliding doors install in an older condo building with 40 years of wear and tear is not as simple as just installing the doors, lots of molding, drywall repair, painting, etc. mike and his son did it all. also the invoices are specific with amount of labor on each part of the project. i trust mike and his son to do more work for me and already asked about another project. The other 5* reviews on here for mike and his son are not any kind of scam, not bots, and definitely not BS.

Tim has done a couple of projects for us. Every time he was extremely easy to work with, his quality of work was solid and high quality. He was always concerned about our satisfaction and certainty and made sure we could still live comfortably while he was completing our project. Our last project he was extremely conscious of our timeline and nailed it! I would certainly recommend Tim. He is able to do anything!

Some balusters on our stairway had come loose from the banister -- a tricky repair. Jordan came in and figured out what to do and successfully made the repair!

My basement finishing project was seamless. After getting several bids and designs, I went with Will, who meticulously went over everything, through permits, materials, and the overall concept including pointing out things that I hadn t considered that I am so glad I did. The project turned out fabulous with no issues during the project outside of normal expected issues when working with construction. I would hire Will again for any future needs as I always knew what to expect, there were no hidden costs, and changes were flawless.
