My experience with Travis Franklin of CMR has been outstanding from day one. He has handled every aspect of our roof including guidance through the claim process with hands on assistance. With a team of nearly 20 men CMR completed our first phase demolition and weather proofing of nearly 4,000 square feet in one day. Hats off to his hard working crew for a job well done thus far! I have and will continue to recommend CMR to all of neighbors and friends. From a customer standpoint I truly couldn t ask for a better experience.

Roofers can be thugs. Eugene was a Prince. Niven, his roof inspector, sent photos of my flat roof which needed re-coating in white 100% silicone directly to Eugene,
who appraised what was needed promptly. Maybe a tad pricey, but Eugene's clarity, knowledge and experience with Florida's climate convinced me I was in good honest hands. The human tone of any business is always set at the top; the workers who did the coating were polite, tidy, and thorough. Next year, I have to clean and re-coat with white acrylic the pitched shingle roof of my house .... I will not even bother getting a bid from anyone else . Robert Ober

The installers were very nice. Had a little language problem but they finished on time. However after a heavy rain one area still had a problem.
I called Luis the salesman but their was a lack of communication as he never called back. I then called the office and it has been a week and they never called back. We have a tile roof and it leaks on the outside.
Update 12-16-2020 ---The contractor did come back and I think fix the issue but I will not till know till it rains!
