When Jose came he carefully diagnosed how the dryer was drawing electricity and was able to confirm that the fuse rather than the dryer was the source of the problem . Jose replaced the fuse and explained to me how the fuses in the power box work. He was helpfully assisted by Luis and the two are a great team. I appreciated how Jose communicated with Hunter to confirm the diagnostics. "I had a great experience from the initial call I received from Said to the follow-up call when the work was done. Said came over to see what, where and how I want the tvs to be installed before I hired free of charge. He provided recommendations, and he priced the work cheaper than most competitors. We agreed on the day of the installation, and Said called an hour early to let me know the technician was on his way to prep the areas before the TVs were delivered. The technician was very nice, very professional, very customer service oriented. He listened to my needs and wants, and proceeded. Said joined him and stayed with him all the way through the work. They were attentive, and very professional. The technician ensured the place was clean and vaccumed after he completed the work.
