Mike and his team did an amazing job remodeling my bathroom, and replacing a tile floor in another room. They were unfailing polite, kept the area as clean as possible, and did great quality work. MG Lewis Construction was the low bidder on the project so I was a bit worried, but I didn't need to be. They had great suggestions, were terrific problem solvers, and seemed genuinely concerned that I be happy with the outcome. I recommend them highly! I love my new bathroom!

We contracted with KBS Fabrication, The Experts in Room additions and Remodeling for our condo remodel. We liked the location of the condo but it was in need of major kitchen renovation along with the popcorn ceiling removed, relocation of a couple of walls, new cabinets and counter top installed. We are very pleased at the work that was done. We met with Bobby in our condo and he went over everything that was included in our contract. He made suggestions and offered input as the project moved forward. We were given an estimate of the project costs and if something came up that would add to the cost we were always informed before the work was done. Our time frame was six months, start to move-in-ready. We were not living in the condo at the time and was updated periodically with pictures as the work progressed. If I needed to speak with the contractor I would contact him before 8:00 a.m. or leave a message with his office staff. He would normally return the call that day. The Experts completed the job in under four-months. I would recommend The Experts and will use them again.
Fernandez Builders completely remodeled a large heritage home that had been stripped back to its frame, including the yard and fencing. Avi communicated extremely well throughout the entire remodel for approvals or recommendations. He recommended well-priced job materials while keeping the quality to suit the home (e.g He found a substitute timber floor that was also water resistant, which I had not thought of using myself). Avi was accommodating and was able to meet us onsite whenever we asked to meet. He also worked well within our budget. The contract and pricing, by the job, was easy to follow. I would definitely recommend Fernandez Builders to anyone looking for small or large home projects. I would hire again if I ever need more work done.

Elite Construction did a great job at repainting my ceilings. I was very happy with their work. They also painted some of the walls in our house a different color that now matches the feel for our home. We enjoyed their work, they are clean and professional.

Responded to the request very promptly and was available in less than a week. We were having a nasty rain storm the morning he was scheduled to clean our gutters and we figured he would need to reschedule. However, he was up on the roof even in the rain and did a very nice job.
The job took longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, including Irma. They did a beautiful job, I love my new floor. They are professional, wonderful to work with, and perfectionists. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done, and I will again hire them if I need any work done. Ricky even told me where to get the best price on tile and saved me a lot of money.
