Very please with the quality of work. Take project completion time-line estimates with a grain of salt, "stuff happens.
Was very professional. Gave us a quote.
I am so impressed by the professionalism of this company. They were referred to me by a friend and Iâ m super happy with their work. They came out to provide an estimate same-day, and the estimate provided was very affordable. They communicated well and delivered a beautiful final product. I would recommend this local, family owned biz to anyone needing their services,
Ed responded withing 15 minutes of my request on home advisor. I sent it at 6:00 AM. He came by two hours later, gave me a price, then had his crew perform the job in three days. They were courteous, well dressed and polite. Great guys.
Ninja Builders enclosed our back patio and did just what we asked of them. My husband was a builder for 40+ years prior to retirement and we understood exactly each step that Ninja Builders did in enclosing our patio. They used the best materials and fantastic labor/subcontractors. We have been extremely pleased with the job they did and also some of the follow up that needed to be addressed. A very professional contractor in all ways.
The Sub-Contractors were great 👍. Took pride in the work.
Gear experience overall. We really like our new guest house.
They removed a large section of the driveway. Removed the tree root that causes the damage to the driveway. Re-leveled the ground and poured new concrete. They also noticed the un-level piece of the walkway and removed and replace it at a minimal additional cost ($40). Arrived at the appointment on-time, work was completed to our satisfaction. Cleaned everything up so there was no concrete residue on the property. We would hire them again.
John painted thee interior of the house years ago and when we wanted to change the color of one room and repaint the baseboards throughout the house, we called him. The work was completed as scheduled and at a readonable price.
Master craftsman. the shelving fit perfectly. Every thing to our satisfaction. Will have them work for us again.

He's a pro top to bottom! Quick and accurate as well as knowledgeable. Worth every penny!
TDC, Inc. rescued us from a poor quality tile installation in my bath and did the job right. Super nice, friendly, and professional. Here on time with text notifications. Constant updates and firm deadlines. Neat and tidy as well. Always asked for input; always gave good direction. We are truly thankful and would gladly recommend Bill's crew--Jeff and Ernie. My heroes!!
Arrived on time. Answered all questions. Very nice job.
These guys were awesome. They came to my house and I missed my appointment, they had no problem coming back out same day. The install was very quick and even though my garage is an absolute mess the guys made sure to pick up after themselves.
Easy, had everything on hand to set up new opener and rollers. So easy.

Like everything else, outdoor work that includes pavers is expensive. We chose Cactus Nectar for their customer service and willingness to work on our plans so that budget and the final project were compatible. The work was excellent. We love our new outside space.
Best price and on time installation... very little waiting for the new door less than 4 days and half the price from the next bid. I would recommend them to anyone!
Very detailed. Had a difficult cracked ceiling to repair. Pulled a section of plasterboard down, reinforced the joists , replaced, skimmed and painted. This was a lot of â wetâ work so he had to come back a number of times to apply the next layer. Shielded the rest of the house from the dust as much as he could and cleaned up after himself continuously. Did the best job that was possible. Time will tell if this will not crack again, but he did all that he could. The work ended up costing about $65/hr. Ace Handyman Services were quoting $100/hr on another job I was going to get done, which is exorbitant. Hire Gilligan if you can, he will do good work for you at a better price. One negative: he expressed interest in another job I had, but repeatedly delayed giving me a quote or telling me outright he didnâ t want to do it. I asked a number of times if he wanted to do it. He would always answer â yesâ but never came through with the quote. Quite disappointed. He fobbed me off in the end. Lost me three weeks waiting for a response from him. Nothing in the end. .
I was quite impressed with the team at Home Advisors. They did an excellent job and the cost was more than reasonable. I was never left hanging in regards to plan and schedule and addressing my questions and concerns. They kept in constant communication during the entire project. They also did a good job keeping the job site clean and orderly. They exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to rehire them for future remodeling projects.
Beautiful, custom work! AJ and his crew were very helpful and professional. Others quotes we tried always tried to talk us out of what we wanted, to make it easier on them. AJ and his crew did everything to our specs with helpful suggestions along the way. The kitchen is gorgeous. Thanks to everyone involved in making this difficult kitchen happen, we are very happy.

On average, garage door installation costs $1,159, with a typical range between $753 and $1,594. The price depends on the size of the garage, the door material, and local labor fees. It costs between $600 and $1,500 for a standard single garage door, whereas a double car door costs between $800 and $1,500. Labor costs about $300 per unit, while the material price of a new garage door is typically $300 to $1,100. Garage doors made of steel are the least expensive, ranging between $600 and $2,000. The most expensive garage door materials are: fiberglass, at $1,000 to $2,100; vinyl, at $1,000 to $2,600; wood composite, at $950 to $3,700; and faux wood, at $950 to $4,100. Falling in the middle-price range for door materials are wood, at between $700 and $1,800, and aluminum, at between $700 and $2,000.
You should replace a garage door if it has suffered structural damage, usually due to a vehicle hitting the door or severe rusting and warping. If the garage door’s structural integrity gets compromised, it won’t function properly and may pose a safety risk. If damage is so severe that you can’t open or close the door, you should replace it. You likely need a new door if it gets stuck frequently and makes loud creaking noises. In general, if the cost to repair your garage door is higher than the cost to replace it, you should get a new one. Garage doors typically last 30 years, so if yours is reaching the end of its lifespan—anything more than 20 years—and needs a costly repair, you should replace it.
Standard garage door sizes for a single garage door are 8-feet-wide-by-7-feet-tall and 9-feet-wide-by-7-feet-tall. The width and height of a double garage door is usually 16-feet-by-7-feet. Some garage doors extend to 8 feet high, regardless of whether they are a single or double garage door. If a two-car garage is wider than 24 feet, a standard garage door could measure as wide as 18 feet.
Fixing a garage door is a complicated and potentially dangerous project. For this reason, it’s best to hire a professional to do the job. You can hire a garage door repair professional to fix a broken garage door, as they have the license, knowledge, and necessary tools. While a local handyperson might have adequate experience in repairing garage doors, it may invalidate your warranty if a licensed professional doesn’t do the work.
