We are absolutely thrilled to be working with Charles and his team on our unique project. It is a total gut renovation of a house that has land use issues. We are building next to huge granite outcroppings. Charles design incorporated the views; the way the sun would hit the house; the terrain. We were really blown away when we saw his previous projects and knew that Charles Rabinovitch was the Architect for us. What we did not expect was his complete lack of conceit. I have very specific ideas of what I want-Charles is always willing to listen and to incorporate them when they are feasible. It is really a conversation between us, not an Architect dictating what he wants. Charles recently told me that each project is *a symphony, not a song* (seriously, he did!). Charles has been a serious force to make sure that the *i*s are dotted and that the *t*s are crossed in this complicated project... It really could not have happened without him. We cannot wait to share the photos when it is completed.

I am so glad I got to work with Renee at Little Boxes Studio. Our renovation had some complexities, including a very unpredictable board. She went SO far above and beyond itâ s hard for me to find the words for it. Renee has a broad design vocabulary, and found so many ways to make things better. She has a great read on people, and works so well with contractors and the DOB. She delivered more than I could have hoped, and did it all on budget and ahead of schedule. Both thoroughly professional, and a pleasure to work with, Renee Ferguson was the right choice; and I would absolutely work with her again.

Neil was very responsive to our call. He explained everything he could provide for us and what it would cost. We were so impressed with him during that call, that we hired him on the spot He did not disappoint. He came out to our house to do his inspection.
