  Excellent. Amanda is an amazing design consultant and was with us the whole way. The company, under the watchful eye of Mr. Healey, was very responsive to our timing and needs, and made certain every detail of the renovation was to our satisfaction coming back multiple times to finish punch list items, repairs, etc etc. Would highly recommend! We have done many renovations over the years with different companies and this one stands out as incomparable!!!

  While this was our first project working with a contractor, we are thrilled with the results of our bathroom remodel. We provided them with little detail in some areas and lots of detail in others, and their team never missed a beat designing an amazing bathroom meeting all of our wants. Their laborers do excellent work, are punctual and careful to clean. The designers work hard to find the materials you want while keeping you in the loop all along the way. Their system is nicely streamlined to stay on budget and on time, working with you to ensure you get your desired result. While it may be tricky to get your project on their schedule, you’ll be glad you did. I look forward to our next project together

  The design build /feasibility study was excellent and involved several meetings with the architect in order to design what we wanted. Michael Healey and David Morgan took considerable time during this first step of the process. Overall we are extremely happy with the work. The quality is excellent. The subs for the most part were also excellent and Michael Healey was very cooperative through out the entire process. It really makes the whole process go a lot better when you have a contractor who is cooperative and very interested in satisfying the client. The vendors for tile, plumbing fixtures and so forth were also excellent and also very easy to work with. The only negatives is the process took a little longer than originally scheduled and the price did escalate somewhat partly due to our choices but also because of underestimates of allowances. While we would do a few things different, I would not hesitate to use the Healey Company again

  Michael Healy (contractor) and David Morgan (architect) met with us several time and were quite patient as we worked through at least a half-a-dozen options with detailed drawings before we finally decided on a plan. They worked very well together, and clearly had done so many times before. Michael was very detailed in our planning, making every effort make certain that we understood out options and choices, and tried to leave nothing to chance. Micheal's crew took great pains in prep to cover all parts of our house which were exposed to work. Early on, it became clear that there was an error in the renderings that made it necessary for us to make changes in our plans. Michael accepted full responsibility for the error and met us at least half-way on the additional expenses required to make the necessary changes. Most of the workermen were Michael's employees. The lead carpenter and plaster/drywall man were exceptional. In my view, the lead carpenter is a cabinet maker, working as a carpenter. The electrician, plumber, and tile man were subcontractors. The electrician and plumber did fine work, although they were not as easily available Michael's employed workers. The tile man came highly recommended, but we had some complaints about some of his work (although it's possible that one of his helpers did some of the work). The tile detail accents were not level, but with a simple request from us, Michael had the work re-done correctly. We generally accepted Michael's recommendations on businesses to provide needed materials, such as fixtures, cabinets, granite countertops, and glass. In instances in which we did not find what we wanted with these businesses, Michael was quite happy to work with those we did chose. Because of our satisfaction with the overall quality of their work, we added on the replacement of a double patio sliding glass door. As with all other work done by Michael's crew, the work was first-rate - both the installation, and the finish work. This was the first home renovation we have ever done. When we next have similar work done, we'll almost certainly have Healy Construction do the work for us. Positives for Healy Construction are excellent responsiveness, a stated and true desire for the customer to be satisfied, a refreshing habit of taking responsibiity for his crew's and subcontractor's work, and exceptional quality of work. In addition, when we upgraded some items from the standard quoted in our contract, he did not increase the contractor's fee. The only negative is overall price. However, I am quick to add that we were well aware from the outset that Healy Construction would not be a "low bid," and we quite willingly paid above " low bid" for what we believe was excellent overall value

  I thought their pricing was a little high, but provided quality work. Also, they do a good job cleaning up after themselves and would definitely recommend them to others. Since they are busy, it did take a little time to get an appointment.

  The Healey Company was one of the only contractors I called where I talked to the actual head of the company. Mike Healey came out to my house and helped me with the entire process in a way that was low pressure and easy to understand. Sure, the price for the work was a little high, but you get what you pay for. Everything came out great and I love my new bathroom

  The design team including Michael Healey and Michael Bonoto created a luxurious space with a clean modern look yet comfortable and affordable amenities. The Healey Company personnel are professional, clean, as quiet as construction can be, and conscious of the neighbors' needs. Michael consulted professional electricians and plummers. He employs the best carpenters, painters, plasterers, and other workmen for the job. The estimates were accurate, and when necessary The Healey Company covered the extra costs. We worked closely as a team for every decision, completion dates and final costs. Never was there a surprise, miscommunication, or missed deadline. The team worked hard and diligently to make my condo into a beautiful sophisticated home that I am proud to show off to friends. The Healey Company is an exceptional team of professionals

  The project went very well! Because our home is an old row house built in 1884 and redone about 25 years ago, there were many challenges. Mike Healey and David Morgan worked patiently with us to be sure that the design of the work was excellent and also matched our expectations for our home. They listened to what we had to say and then offered their expertise to make it work. Everyone involved with the project was very professional and helpful even to the point of being respectful of our neighbors' street parking spaces on our narrow city street. The house looks fantastic and we're so glad we worked with The Healey Company and Morgan and Associates

  It has been going well. Working with Morgan Associates with the design build process was excellent. We had some issues with the neighborhood and zoning. Both David Morgan and Micheal Healey handled all the issues to everyone's satisfaction. Apart of the design build process I got very detailed drawings and estimates broken down for each phase of the project. Also Micheal's experience with his own buildings helped me decide from a real estate value perspective what improvements would improve the value of my property the most. The Healey Company was willing to work with me on some of the specialized home automation things I wanted to install. Some contractors would try and shy away from it because it was out of their comfort zone but they embraced it as a learning opportunity and were happy it to do it. Their crew and the subs they work with are great. My neighbor always tells me that everyone is nice and polite and answers her questions and is willing to address any issues she has with the project. Also they are very good about walking you through the details. Especially Christine, the Healey Company's interior designer. She was very helpful about helping me find the right colors and finish details. Even politely steering me away from some of my not so good ideas. I gave them B's for Punctuality because the schedule was a few months later than planned. A lot of changes were made mid project most of them initiated by me. Also they are not the cheapest contractor in the area. That being said, a couple of months and some extra money is kind of small as long as I am happy with my new house for years to come. Which I feel the Healey Company will deliver
