Every step along the way, we noted the high quality of materials Mike uses from the Ganahl lumber to the thick insulation and roofing paper to the copper pipes and shower hot mop, and mold-resistant drywall. Mike is old school and does not take any shortcuts. Along with high quality construction and materials, Mike is extremely efficient. Our ADU was completed in four months, as promised. Nava's Painting currently has three employees which is just enough to paint the interior or exterior of a home in three days, We do some sub- contracting but we are mostly prime contractors . As far as billing goes we take a ten percent down payment and a crew mobilization fee. We have been painting for 6 years and only use high quality paint and primer such as Dunn Edwards
"It went excellent. Javier fixed all stucco cracks and hail damage on the parapet. His suggestion to use a high quality acrylic over an elastomeric coating saved me money and grief. My neighbors are already having issues with their elastomeric coatings. He painted the entire house by himself due to not being able to find people that wanted to work. But he still finished the job beautifully and in a very timely manner. He is a quality person and truly cares about the quality of his work. I highly recommend him.
