Phoenix Home Services designed and built our new screened in porch and adjacent patio. Clint initially designed our porch and patio and kept us up to date as to what was happening weekly. We found this so helpful and important for our own planning. The craftsmanship and materials are topnotch. Clint, Steve, Rudy, and the crew cared so much for maintaining a level of excellence. We are so happy with the final results and highly recommend their services.

The porch came out excellent. They did a great job helping us to determine the look and the build we were looking for. The team that did the build was on schedule and paid attention to the small details which lead to an outstanding final product. Could not be happier.

Phoenix delivered on a great design with quality work, addressing safety, functional and aesthetic needs. Management proactively communicated, while promptly addressing any questions that arose. Weekly schedules helped us understand what to expect and when, and frequent visits by management to check in with us made feel well looked after.

With hectic lives, time is so important. It was amazing to work with Clint and his team, who not only worked quickly, but executed our project with a level of care and attention to detail rarely seen. Project updates were preemptive and clear, and we were never blindsided by unexpected delays or costs.

We contracted Phoenix Home Services to build a screened in porch in our backyard with infratech heaters, and they did an outstanding job. We were kept up-to-date throughout the project and they were also quick to answer all of our questions. The crew was very nice and it was easy to see that the team cares about the quality of their work. We will be reaching back out to Phoenix for future projects.

Working with Phoenix Home Services for our home was a fantabulous experience from start to finish. Beginning with the initial brainstorm ideas on how to fix drainage issues with our home, to the concept sketches, to the estimated costs and timeline, and ending with the completed project; Steve, Clint, and team, were courteous, honest, and professional. Everything was to the initial timeline and scope except for the additions we threw in and the one additional cost of plywood that had to be replaced once the roof shingles were removed. We highly recommend them for any work you are planning for your home.

Phoenix Home Services recently finished our screened in porch and back patio and we are very happy with the final results. Clint was a huge help in the design phase, HOA approvals and County Permits. The finished project was completed within the estimated budget and the team did a great job cleaning the space at the end of the project. Again, Clint and the Phoenix team were very responsive to our questions and kept us informed over the course of the project. The porch and patio look great and we will enjoy this new addition for years to come. We would highly recommend using Phoenix for this type of project in the future.

The Phoenix team was a joy to work with. From initial conversations through the design phase and continuing through contracting, communicating about supply chain challenges, and throughout construction these professional teams completed both projects simultaneously and with exemplary attention to detail. Their behind the scenes team coordinated all the vendor deliveries so that materials arrived as needed - a critical thing once the garage was full of materials. My questions were always answered promptly and courteously; everything was always explained to me in advance and clarified if needed. Phoenix handled permitting and provided a complete Package for HOA approval for the screened porch. Both projects are better than I envisioned even after seeing the architectural renderings! The teams arrived promptly each day and cleaned up the house and straightened yard materials as they left. Final cleanup even included restoring the flower area around the new screened porch, picking up nails from the backyard, cleaning the garage and washing the driveway after the dumpster was removed! Awesome team of in-house experts!

Phoenix Home Services is what you want in a contractor, they are professional, work efficiently, have excellent designs and workmanship is first class. It's rare when your project turns out better than expected and the very minor punch items on a large project were handled immediately. They finished ahead of schedule, which is amazing in a time of materials shortages, and we feel part of the Phoenix "Family" rather than just a customer. It doesn't get any better.

Fantastic! We had just finished a nightmare bathroom renovation with another company and were hesitant to embark on another project. Thankfully, the experience with Phoenix was completely different. Communication with the team at Phoenix was always clear, prompt and helpful. The design process was collaborative and together we found something that fit our budget and our wishlist. The project was completed on time and exceeded our expectations. I’m not sure you can ask for anything more. Thank you Clint, Steve and the entire team at Phoenix. Our family decided to build an addition for our house that would replace our large deck with a two-story sunroom, dining room, and large second-story balcony. We also remodeled our foyer and sitting room at the same time; this was a large and complex project. At the advice of our architect, we met with Phoenix Home Services to scope the project. Steve Bowes, one of the owners, was the project lead, and he stayed closely involved the entire time. Scoping went pretty quickly, as our wonderful architect had detailed plans - we met a few times at the house to confirm elements of the plan, and high-level choices for materials, and even met at the Pella window showroom to select windows together. This was our first time doing a project like this, and it was very reassuring to have so much involvement from Phoenix during this phase of the project. When it came time to sign the contract, Steve reviewed all the terms, in-scope work and materials, and anything that would be considered out-of-scope. This was in the middle of the pandemic, and despite supply chain issues and other uncertainties, I felt we came to a very fair agreement and were given an estimate for when the project would begin, which was several months out. This wasn't a surprise, and actually fit our own schedule very nicely. The payment schedule was also extremely fair, with a portion due up front as a deposit, and then scheduled milestone payments throughout the project - it gave me some reassurance that there was clear motivation to finish construction on time and showed that Phoenix had some skin in the game as well. As we approached the start date for the project, we had several touchpoints with Steve, and we were well prepared once things got underway. This is when we were first introduced to Les, who led the exterior crew - they built a fortress of an addition. I was concerned that these new rooms would feel less sturdy that the rooms they attach to, but it is incredibly well built and is as solid as any original portion of this house. As the exterior work progressed, we also got to meet Bob, the master carpenter, who led the interior crew. Bob is incredibly skilled at what he does, and we appreciated how patient he was with us as we changed our minds several times about the design of our interior work and the finishes and details. His work was incredible, and as funny as it sounds, we miss having him around every day! No project is without issues, though, and we ran into unforeseen problems with the design that resulted in a major change- we were faced with the prospect of having to remodel our primary bathroom unexpectedly. Steve handled this situation as well as could possibly be expected - he was able to get a bathroom remodeling crew assigned quickly, gave us a generous price for the labor, and put forth every effort to turn this change into a positive. The silver lining is that we got to work with Martin, who did an exquisite job on our bathroom - the attention to detail he had on our tile work was outstanding, and we're thrilled with outcome. As the project wrapped up, the team was great about managing our mutual punch-list for touch ups, fixes, and miscellaneous items. They finished on time, and the end result looks amazing; we couldn't be happier. We're not calling anyone else for the next project we do - Phoenix proved that they do great work, care about their customers, and delivered on their promise.

Excellent!!! Highly recommend this company. They provided print-outs before the project for us to review, gave excellent recommendations to our questions, and the price was extremely fair for the quality of work that was done. The crew kept right on schedule, and we were provided weekly updates as to what would be done each week. The work was excellent and the crew members were very prompt each day and cleaned up before leaving. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Phoenix Home Services - would definitely use this company again and would encourage anyone anticipating a home project to contact them!!

The proposal I received with the scope of work and materials was very detailed and was superior to all the other estimates I received. Because of the specificity and clarity of the proposal, it was easy to make the decision to go with Phoenix. Clint stays in constant communication with you as the plans are put into reality and is very reassuring as you go through the permitting process. He is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Clint loves his job and exudes enthusiasm for creating a project that you will love, which makes you look forward to the finished product even more than you originally imagined. Once the project is underway, Steve keeps you closely informed of the schedule and all facets of the construction. I can’t say enough about the responsive communication I had throughout all phases of the project. Steve is extremely helpful in helping you make choices for materials and colors/finishes. Having Steve overseeing the project gave me great confidence that the outcome would be exactly what I expected. He is very pleasant to work with and he makes sure that there is great attention to detail and craftmanship in the work that is being done. You can tell that the Phoenix team is just as invested as you are in the quality and end results of their work. Steve was on top of any issues that came up and was quick to respond to any concerns or questions I had while the work was being done. Clean-up was excellent. The end result is that I have a beautiful covered deck and sunroom and it is the envy of all of my friends and neighbors! I would not hesitate to work with Phoenix again and I am happy to recommend their work to anyone who is considering a home improvement project.

Cant give these guys enough praise on the renovation of our basement. Of course in any renovation unknown things pop up (especially in a home like ours originally built in the 1950's.) But Phoenix tackled it all with ease, professionalism and most of all competence of their craft. Need to move the HVAC? No problem. move the Hot water heater? Easy. Outdoor french drain? flip the stairs from one side of the house to the other? Rip out Concrete? Done. Done. Done. Custom Wine racks, custom cabinets? Hand made butcher block table with shelves and drawers? They made it seem like a breeze. We're planning another project next year and our first and only call will be to them.

It’s been our dream to remodel our kitchen for years now and Phoenix was the only one we trusted to do it. They’re professionalism, attention to detail and craftsmanship are excellent. We’re beyond happy with how the kitchen turned out. They’ve also redone our basement and we can’t recommend them enough.

Our screened in porch and deck turned out even better than we imagined. Phoenix had excellent communication throughout the lifetime of the project. The craftsmanship was great, the workers always arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. Any minor issues that popped up were dealt with quickly and no fuss. From the outset Phoenix Home Services was punctual, professional, helpful and most importantly creative in envisioning a new design for our driveway and walkway. The process could not have gone better. I believe we met nearly every member of the management team as each stopped by to monitor the work and to see how we were feeling about the project. Phoenix masons are expert. The attention to detail was phenomenal. We actually had people from the neighborhood walking into our yard to admire the work. This was a huge project for us. We had a new driveway, some retaining walls, and a new fire pit done outside and a complete remodel of our first floor, including a new kitchen and updated bathroom. Phoenix did an outstanding job, the team was great to work with and they communicated the schedule throughout the project. I would definitely recommend!
