    We've worked with Family Prestige 2 or 3 times, for garage door repairs to replacement. It's been great. When our garage door was damaged, they came 1 day after the call to survey and recommend a fix. When they couldn't make their scheduled date to install the new door due to another job, they called to notify us they'd be coming the following business day. On the day of installation, they came and 2 hours later were done. The door has worked great since then with no issues. We received the bill by email and paid online. Very easy and dependable

    Outstanding - investigator made an accurate and expeditious assessment of the problem, described and showed the evidence and offered various options to repair. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant throughout the inspection and contract discussion. Required parts were ordered immediately, we agreed on a mutually convenient appointment time for the repair and the technician arrived to complete the repair per the appointment. Following the repair, the technician Dyvontae patiently and comprehensively demonstrated operating procedures and ensured we were completely satisfied with the system before departing. He also made sure the work site was tidied up upon completion. Price was fair and clearly explained during both visits. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process and will employ this company for any future such maintenance

    Presidential Exteriors is a well-managed company. We had twenty-five, very large, windows, two large sliding glass doors and the front door replaced. Everyone, starting with the young man who approached us to talk about the company, the salespeople and the team doing the work was professional, polite, honest, pleasant and super careful. The windows, sliding glass doors and the front door look amazing. Our house is fifty-two-years old and badly needed to be "refreshed". The quality of their products is excellent. While the work was being done, several people from the company came by to check on the progress. After the job was completed, we met with Ben who came by to do a final inspection and answer any questions or concerns we may have. The crew cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. We will use Presidential Exteriors again to replace another door

    We had Door Doctor out early in the month to replace the drive gear on our 2 doors. While reviewing the current doors, we decided to replace both doors. This was a wish choice. The new doors look so much better and operate so quietly and smoothly now. They guys replacing the doors were professional. And before they left they made sure the remotes in both cars were operating correctly. The clean up so well, you would not even known any work had been done. If you don't use them, I think you are making a mistake

    i hired them to replace approximately 32 double hung windows. the price was as good as any and i was in no mood to haggle. the process was very clearly spelled out and the prep that i would have to do was, as well. there were a few snags with them getting the windows (due to supply chain issues that everyone was having) so the dates changed, but i was involved in those changes. when they did start, they got most of the work done on the first day and came back to finish the next day. a few things went wrong, a window was broken, another had a scratch, and many of the windows were over-caulked to the point of being awful looking. the broken window was addressed even before i brought it up, as was the crack. when i told them about the caulking they sent someone the very next day and told me the installation crew had used the wrong caulk (outside caulk) and that they would be back to fix it. they did.... there were a few more windows after that i saw too much caulking on, and they've come out to redo those, too. All in all, their service is amazing. there were so many people involved who deserve a shout out, but i can't recall their names. my team leader or manager was Michael and he was a gem. i wouldn't say the product i bought is the best; the corners aren't perfect and the glass fogs up (i'll let Presidential know when i have a minute), but the windows work great and they look exactly like what i wanted. i was so thrilled with them, that i ordered a replacement for my front door with sidelights and transom! the price was comparable and i already knew what kind of service i was going to get.     Mauricio was the technician, who helped fix my garage door that had issues closing for more than a year. He replaced 4 pulleys, springs and lubricated the rails and accessories for $350. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done well. I will gladly hire the company to do any garage door related work again
