They are respectful, fantastic job with new deck, it was well built. Very professional and they always keep me updated. Excellent job, excellent work. Wiring and outlets attached to the new deck and it was a great job, the waterline was above the new deck and some painting added in front of the house, they look very nice. That covers everything that I asked for.

Daryl and his team were very professional and provided excellent customer service. His initial visit we discussed everything that we wanted to do and he was able to provide expert advice and consultation to the project. He spent A good deal of time making sure he had everything to provide an estimate but was able to give me a ballpark range same day. Within about a week we had an actual estimate and agreed to draft the paperwork and begin. The project started within 2 weeks of signing the contract which gave us enough time to do what we needed to start. The original plan was to demo the kitchen and replace all the cabinets, countertops, lighting and other electrical components. We were keeping all of our appliances expect the microwave. He also added a vent for the above range to vent outside which we didn’t have prior. We also demoed the first floor flooring which consisted of a mix of carpet, tile and laminate. Once the flooring was up we discovered some wood rot to the sub-flooring under the front door. This was an unexpected addition to the project but Daryls team was fully capable of taking care of it and we stayed on timeline. We also made a couple adjustments to the original plan including adding a raised bar top in three kitchen. Daryl quickly drafted an estimate for the additional projects so we didn’t waste any time. If something didn’t turn out how I wanted or liked we worked together to make it right. He was very responsive and again I can’t echo his stellar customer service enough. He really takes pride in what he does and his goal is to have a satisfied customer. The project ended up taking a little longer than planned with a couple hiccups but I am in love with the final product. I can’t thank Daryl and his awesome team enough. I would highly recommend them and have to my friends and family.

I met Daryl about 2 years ago at my job. At the time, I met him as a contractor but ended up finding out he was also a realtor. I called Daryl around feb 2018. Our search began for home at the end of February and went under contract at the beginning of March! After we closed Daryl has been my go to to contractor. He’s replaced a rotted window siding, rerouted tankless water heater and will soon be adding a shut off valve to the kitchen fridge. Daryl has been extremely professional, honest, and very knowledgeable on realty and remodel work. I would definitely refer Daryl to my friends and family! Daryl from Pro Con displayed awesome professionalism and helped walk us through all aspects of the project. He even went as far as meeting us at hardware stores to make sure we were comfortable with the pieces we were selecting for our project. There were some unfortunate complications during the project that were quite stressful, but Daryl remained professional and had suggestions for us on how to best proceed. Now we are back in our home, with new floors and beautiful new bathroom and Pro Con offers a 5 year warranty on their work -- which is fantastic!

Daryl was very easy to work with and the finish products were beyond our expectations. He provided his professional suggestions when my wife and I were not able to make up our minds. I am hereby pasting the email response I sent which would summarize "How did it go?" : Dear Sir/Madam/Ms, Your representative (Daryl Hubbard) did come with a water heater (40 Gal) for installation on Saturday (06/3/2017). Unfortunately he informed me that he came with a wrong one. He also informed me that it would cost more than the discount purchase from Angie's List. Being helpless ( away from residence) and needing service badly, I agreed to have it done at a revised cost .Instead he informed me that he would reschedule it by calling me on Monday (06/5/2017). He might be a good plumber but definitely not a professional with good ethics. I am disappointed to an extent that I do not want to entertain him any more. I will never call for his service again nor will ever recommend him to anybody. I got it installed the same day (06/3/2017) in the afternoon by calling for an emergency service from a competitor at a lesser cost (less than 850 from Angie's list) with a Performance Plus Water Heater and an excellent service with no excuses. Being a professional myself understanding the ethics of business I am not mentioning the name of the competitor. Yours Sincerely,

It's truly unfortunate that this job went the way it did and we received a "F" rating without even starting or completing any work for this member. The Angie's List member did not answer any of our questions regarding size, type, and location of the water heater as he was not in the home or even in the state and was hard to communicate with. We did arrive with the 40 gallon water heater, but there were access problems as it was in a cellar and needed lots of gas and vent piping to be moved and relocated to replace the water heater. All of this extra work is not included in the deal, which is why we canceled the install and tried to re schedule with the member. We always advise members not to purchase a offer/deal until a company representative can access the situation and advise which deal would work best for their needs and that situation. Daryl and his team did a fantastic job doing exactly what I wanted them to do in my bathroom remodel!! All of his team was very conciseness about being organized and left the mess to a minimum while it was all going on...and after they were done, it was totally cleaned up! We had a small delay in getting the project started because of unforeseen circumstances in his job he was finishing for a customer, but he kept me informed the whole time, and was very apologetic about it...he kept me up to date until he could start....It showed me that he wanted to finish each and every job perfectly. He was very responsive and answered every phone call ( on called me back), text or email every time... Also his tile guy Andy was AWESOME! He did exactly what I wanted (at first he was skeptical of my design, but willing to do what I said....In the end he loved it...), and took great pride in his work....now I have a beautiful bathroom of my design, working drains, gorgeous tile....and I love my shower. Also on a personal note, I really liked Daryl, he wants to make sure that he does exactly what you want, so have your plan ready...be flexible in your plans if an unexpected item comes up....he pointed out a couple of things that I didn't even think of, but was so glad he did. So to sum it all up...pro con services= a great finished product.... Thank you to you and your team.

We are pleased with the work that was performed for the price we paid. Several aspects of the project were more complicated than we originally anticipated, and Daryl was willing to work with us to resolve the issues. I'm glad we chose to go with a contractor who could provide the plumbing in house since a large portion of the project was adding the second shower head, altering the tub/shower configuration, and installing the new tub. Upon meeting with Daryl, I was under the impression that he would be at our house managing his crew on a daily basis. This was not the case and there were several instances where miscommunication between Daryl and his subcontractors resulted in unmet expectations (tile guys didn’t pay attention to details) or schedule delays (2.5 week timeline stretched to 4 weeks). It also meant that at 38 weeks pregnant, I was much more involved overseeing the day-to-day work which could have been a problem if the baby had arrived early. Ultimately, we are very happy with the final product but would have preferred knowing that I would be managing most of the details when we signed the contract.

FULL MASTER BATHROOM RENOVATION: ProCon Services demoed the floor tile, shower wall tile, tub and surround, toilet, vanity, and carpet in closet. ProCon Services then added a second valve for the shower and rerouted the plumbing to accommodate the new shower layout and tub. ProCon Services installed concrete board, floor tile, shower pan and waterproofing, shower tile, tub, tub surround, plumbing and electrical fixtures, mirrors, and accessories. ProCon Services also painted the walls, ceilings, and trim. ProCon Services provided the concrete board, thinset, shower pan and waterproofing materials, baseboard, and paint. I provided all of the fixtures (tub, tub valve, tub trim kit, shower valves, shower trim kits, faucets, toilet), tile, grout, lighting/fans, mirrors, and accessories. ProCon Services recommended an electrician to run a second circuit for the new tub, a cabinet and stone company for the vanity and countertop, and a glass company for the frameless glass shower enclosure. I contracted with these three companies separately.

Pro Con (Daryl Hubbard) transformed my unsightly basement into a nice, usable area. The concrete walls were badly "pitted." Now, they are smooth and look appealing. The floor had been scarred by many years of neglect and the installation of a French drain system. Daryl's team applied an epoxy floor that made the floor look nice and clean. Pro Con also did a great job installing and painting drywall in the stairs area of the basement. Daryl did an excellent professional job and he is very easy and responsive to work with. I will use Pro Con on future projects. I recommend this company very highly.

Daryl did wonderful work, and I cannot recommend him more highly. He finished early and about $200 under the proposal that he gave us. While they were working, he and his crew were very neat, always swept up when they finished for the day. Our house looks fantastic and I'm very glad he was recommended to us.

WOW! So apparently this was a more complicated procedure than we first thought and Daryl was amazing. He was flexible, making an extra trip because we did not know that we needed HVAC work as well. He finished the work in our gross basement (taking bids for that next!), got the new tank in with beautiful work--and even made sure he didn't let our 3 precocious dogs out as he went in and out of the house. Would absolutely recommend him!!!!!!

We were on a very tight timeline getting ready to sell our home, and Daryl was able to keep to that. He met with us at the store first to help us pick out tile/accents/fixtures, all within the budget we set. He was very personable, responsive and always friendly and polite. Our 3 year old son was fascinated with the whole process, and Daryl and his workers were very kind to him.....that goes a long way in my book:). They worked on Saturday to help us complete our project on time. They had to retile an area of the bathroom after it didn't set quite right, but, again, came out and worked long hours to make sure our deadline was met. They ran into some rot issues after pulling out the shower, but they quickly repaired what needed to be done and stayed on the timeline we set. We are very pleased with the outcome. We would definitely work with Daryl in the future.

From the start, beginning with my initial phone call contacts, the consulting visit for project assessment culminating in the proposal submission and the mutually-agreed cost, through the daily execution of the paint project itself by his crew, until the very end on the last day, I was totally blown away by the high degree of professionalism and quality of detailed work that was without fail at every step expressed and exercised by the owner, Daryl Hubbard, and his painting crew. Daryl was prompt and punctual in his responses and on every aspect of this project dealt with me with honesty and integrity. His crew arrived every morning on the agreed-upon time, worked diligently and in a highly detailed and impeccable style and manner throughout the day and exercised every precaution to keep the "work" areas inside the house and outside in the garage in a clean and orderly manner. I contracted with Pro Con Svc's, LLC, owner Daryl Hubbard, for a full interior painting project for my 3-BR/2B house and the garage with all materials supplied. This project included detailed prep work including the repair a/o correction of any holes, cracks a/o defects and the application of two coats of high-quality Sherwin W. paints on everything: walls, some in a 2-tone color scheme such as above/below chair rails and one accent LR wall; prep and painting over wallpaper in the kitchen, 2 bath rooms, and 2 trey ceiling borders; all baseboards and crown-moldings; 17 doors; 15 grid-style (27-yr. old!) windows; 4 larger closets and 4 smaller ones all in a different color from the wall colors and the installation of a multi-sectioned chair rail.
