ADVANCED PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

All arrangements over the phone as I was out of town for the holidays. Snow cleared the next day and was completed as promised. Expected difficulty in getting this taken care over the phone, but was pleasantly surprised. I have used this company previously and would use them again.

Dave and his team's work is very thorough and professional. I've been very pleased with the quality of work.

Called back shortly after I left word. Told me when he would be here and provided an estimate before he started. Did a good job, very professional. Have used the company on two occasions and would use them again.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Dave and Dan came out and removed old dry vent cover due to broken flaps; replaced with a new cover that has a removable bird cover so the vent could be cleaned in the future. After they were done they cleaned up all trash.

Dave was one of three ''handymen'' I called to assist with electrical trouble, at my husband's place of business. He was the first (and one of two) to return my telephone call. I called on Thursday afternoon and he promised to come on the following Tuesday. Dave arrived as promised and corrected the problem promptly. Excellent work!

He is excellent. Very responsive.

He called back promptly. I realized that I didn't need him, but I would definitely use him in the future. He was going to give a free estimate which most plumbers do not do.

SINCE I NEVER MET THE PREVIOUS OWNER OF THE HOUSE, I DID NOT KNOW WHAT COLOR THE SIDING WAS, OR WHERE TO START ON GETTING A MATCH. DAVE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO CUT OFF PART OF THE BROKEN SIDING AND FIND THE MATCHING COLOR. ONCE DAVE FOUND THE MATCHING SIDING, HE CALLED TO DETERMINE THE BEST TIME FOR REPLACING THE BROKEN PIECES. THE PIECES ARE NOW REPLACED AND I CAN'T TELL THEY WERE NOT ORIGINAL.

DAVE AND HIS CREW WERE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. HE MADE GOOD SUGGESTIONS AND HAD SUPER IDEAS ON FINISHING THAT GAVE ME A WONDERFUL RESULT. THEY WERE CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT SCHEDULES AND ALWAYS KEPT ME INFORMED. THEY WERE EXTREMELY TIDY. EACH DAY THEY LEFT THEIR WORK SITE WAS SPOTLESS. THE COMPANY IS VERY VERSATILE IN THEIR SKILL BASE AND CAN PRETTY MUCH ACCOMMODATE ABOUT ANYTHING ONE WANTS DONE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THERE WORK AND WILL CALL THEM WITH ANY JOB THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.

DAVE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH, HE IS WILLING TO GO THAT EXTRA MILE TO SURE THAT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK. DAVE ALSO TRIES TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT IS NEED TO BE DONE AND NOT TALK OVER YOUR HEAD.
