I hired Hope Plumming to replace my sewer line, after my old clay sewer line collapsed. It happened 2 days before Christmas, and Hope, was super responsive and helpful to get the job done, as there were some challenges, due to winter with extenuating weather circumstances. They went above and beyond helping to keep my neighbors updated as my line required use of a mutually shared alley. Since then they have also installed a new water heater and water softener. As a repeat customer I would definitely recommend the team at Hope

The work went well, , two days later plumbing repair was done. The two guys were here long hours and did a great job. The lead tech was Matthew Burden, he and his associate had a challenge with the job but overcame it for a positive outcome. We will continue to do business with you for a long while. Thanks again

*Skip to the bottom for the short version* (Copy and pasted from my Google review) I called this company out to inspect the line as to why I was having issues with my toilet gurgling. Two plumbers came out, one supervisor and one apprentice. They found that the trap pipe to the sewer outlet from the house was not glued down and one of the bushes near the the pipe had put it's root system into it. They cleared some of the roots, and some broke off and went toward the sewer. They ran a snake for both sides and thought the line looked clear, and I paid $159.00 for the drain clearing and to fix the pipe. Which is a fair price I think. They then called out a camera person to come and inspect the line. Everything up to this point was acceptable. The camera technician came out and inspected the line. It appeared that the roots that broke off from the bush had stopped just short of the sewer line. Water was accumulating behind this blockage and water was slowly draining. She stated this was a belly or sagging in the pipe and that it would need to be dug up to correct the issue. She also stated that Hydro Jetting the blockage may fix the issue ($1,400.00 charge), but due to the sagging in the pipe it would to be dug up. She was able to quote me how much I would pay a month for 15 years, but was unable to tell me exactly how much the job would be while I was standing there. When I received the quote it was approximately $10k (which is fair for the work that she wanted to do). I told her I was going to get a second opinion, and she proceeded to explain to me that everyone else will say the same thing and it would cost the same. She made no attempt to try and get the blockage cleared by her company. I called two companies after she left and scheduled them for the next day. The next day I had a different company come out and cleared the line for $93 with a snake without difficulties. They inspected the line and found no sagging, belly or standing water in the pipe. The other company also inspected the pipe and found no sagging or belly. This company's has reached back out to me and it was to talk about the quote i was given. When I expressed to them I had the issue taken care of for $93 dollars they had a customer service rep reach out to me. The customer service rep was very polite and understanding of why I was frustrated with the company. They also stated that the issue would be resolved within through additional education. Which I feel is the correct approach. Unfortunately, from my personal experience, I am unlikely to use these services again. *Short Version* If you have time get a second opinion. It could save you thousands of dollars. Attempting to get me to sign up for $10k worth of work when it only required a $93 dollars to clear the line is a little unethical. Also, I found out that the camera techs are not always plumbers and they do not always have plumbing experience. They work in sales, and it sounds like this is becoming an industry standard. Not really a problem as long as the camera tech is honest, but this can become problematic quickly

Absolutely AMAZING experience! Had another company come out and their camera, according to them, "was hitting an obstruction" and they recommended a total sewer line replacement for $11,000. I called Seriously 24-7 for a second opinion and they were able to run the camera past the so called "obstruction" which ended up being a simple off-set and determined that the line DID NOT need repaired at all. They simply cleaned out the line and ultimately saved me nearly $11k ! So glad I called 24/7. They were extremely transparent, allowed me to watch them as they guided the camera, and explained everything in real time. I have used 24/7 twice since this incident and they are the first company I recommend any time a friend or colleague asks for a recommendation

After unsuccessfully trying to fix a clogged drain ourselves we searched Angie's List for an emergency plumber. It was about 7pm on a Tuesday night and we couldn't wait any longer. I looked at a few plumbers and decided to call Peterman's. We reached an after hours answering service and they informed us the on-call tech would give us a call as soon as he could. About 20 minutes later Jon called and told us he would be out as soon as he could. With-in 2 hours he was at our house. He gave us a great price to clear the drain and even offered an amazing maintenance package. Jon was very professional and even at the late hour treated us like we were the most important customers he had seen for the day. He cleared the drain quickly and informed us that we would receive a call to schedule a follow up appointment to run a camera down the line to ensure there wasn't damage. The office reached out to me first thing this morning to schedule. He turned a "CRAPPY" situation into a quick painless process. I will use them in the future for all plumbing needs

I was impressed at the care that the plumber took to determine only what actually needed to be done, instead of just saying that the whole line needed to be replaced. The sewer line now has a proper fall to it towards the house main line. After the work was done, the plumber returned the next day at our request to replace the wax ring on the toilet because something broke the seal and sewer gases were sneaking out when we turned on the house attic fan. It was a quick fix, and the plumber once again took the time to properly diagnose that the wax seal was the most likely culprit

  • Complete Comfort

Complete Comfort has really come in clutch for us three times in this past year. They had previously replaced our old water heater last summer, then in May we discovered a manufacturer defect that required the new water heater to need replaced. Complete Comfort performed the work at no cost since we were still within the warranty period. Fast forward to last week and the water heater was out again! The same day of the issue they had someone out and discovered a backup at the main sewer line was actually causing a substantial water leak that put out the pilot light in the new water heater. The very next morning they were out and cleared the line outside of the house and we were back to being completely functional. There aren't many more frustrating home repair issues than being out of hot water and Complete Comfort has now fixed that issue for us 3 times in the past year within 24 hours of each incident! Great company to work with and highly recommend
