John was great! He was quick to respond to my request for repair on my AC unit. He came out nice and early and had my unit up and running in less than an hour. He was professional and easy to talk to. I would hire him again for my heating and cooling needs.

The level of communication was impeccable. Everything was spot on until I actually looked at the aftermath. All of our registers are now tweaked (bent open to get the hose in), and they left quite a mess behind. Metal shrapnel, dust, chunks of ?? on the furniture, carpet, blankets, whatever was below them in the finished basement. The men were still very professional, excellent communication, and willing to answer any questions I had. By far one of the best companies we have done business with in quite some time. The before and after pictures prove a job done well, I highly recommend Capital Heating & Cooling!
