Seemed very knowledgeable, unlikely to take advantage of homeowner's lack of knowledge. Made one small error and had to return (something wasn't plugged all the way back in) the next day to fix it.

Michael was very responsive to scheduling. He called the day of our scheduled appointment to confirm his arrival and was prompt on his arrival. He was courteous and wore shoe protectors when entering my condo. He figured out the problem. I will use him again for any future projects and I highly recommend him.
