After hiring Oren Ohayan for our kitchen remodel, plus some fairly major fixes (such as, replacing our front porch, building an outdoor shower, bolting the house to its foundation, re-tiling two fireplaces and painting the entire house!), we cannot recommend him highly enough! First, Oren has the expertise and experience to handle both large and small projects, and many of his crew have worked with him for 10-15 years. He hires only professionals who take pride in their work, who deliver on time, who think on their feet and who “work clean;” and, Oren treats them well. Second, Oren has the perfect temperament for this work, so that when something unforeseen reared its ugly head, as happens with most projects, Oren remained a calming force. Third, Oren also possesses problem-solving smarts, so that these unexpected difficulties became little bumps instead of insurmountable roadblocks. Lastly, and just as important as all the above, Oren is a pleasure to be around. He’s patient at explaining technical issues, he shows up on time, he’s communicative, he’s honest and he has a good sense of humor (a major asset on building project)!

They did a very fabulous job. They were really detailed about the design of the projects. Everyone else we interviewed didn't give as much detail. They were very affordable with the price. They said they would finish the job in six weeks and were able to finish within that time frame. I've already recommended them to others that I know. I would hire them again for anything I need in my home.
