Communication prompt, turned up as agreed and quickly dealt with the locks, avoiding the big Alsatian at the same time... Gave advice on the crunching noise from both doors and recommended further work, but l was not pushed, which i appreciated. Price for the work i felt was fair. Certainly would recommend!

James was FANTASTIC! replied quickly, gave a fixed and very reasonable price, arrived on time and fixed our window with no fuss. He then cleared up any mess. We will definitely use him again.
