Recent Review: The company spent two days at my house completing a variety of jobs. Don and then Joe were willing to do small jobs as well more complicated ones.They obviously have had lots of experience and knew their stuff. Both were professional yet friendly. Some of the things they fixed had not worked in years. It's good to know that that this company is available when I need them. Julie, Katherine, and Linda were helpful and considerate on the phone.

Recent Review: Working with Howard and the entire ABL team was terrific. It is rare to find a company where the team has been together for as long as they have been at ABL. They are truly a family and that shows in the quality of workmanship, professionalism and customer service. We could not be happier with the results of the work. It is high quality and the project price was fair given the terrific workmanship. We will use ABL for our future projects because they are a firm that truly cares about customer service and quality work.

Recent Review: I called and asked if they did this kind of work and they said yes. I brought the first blind and left it with a young lady and asked if they would have any problem doing the work on this blind. She didn't know so she went and asked and came back and said it should be no problem and I could pick the blind up the next day. I brought it home and installed it but it was not strung correctly and would not work. I brought it back with one that was still good so they could see how it was done and they restrung the blind correctly. And as happens when things start to break I took the blinds home and installed them and when I pulled the blind down that I had brought in for an example the string on that one broke also. All in all very good service with something they had never done before.

KATHY CAME TO THE HOUSE TO SHOW US SAMPLES AND HELPED US PICK BLINDS THAT WERE WITHIN OUR BUDGET. JOE, THE INSTALLER, WAS EARLY; HE WAS QUICK, EFFICIENT AND POLITE. KATHY CALLED LATER THAT EVENING TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WINDOW TREATMENT NEEDS.

Recent Review: I bought a handyman coupon from Angie's List. Ibro actually contacted me before I called him to schedule the work. We agreed on a day and he called me the evening before to let me know he was still coming. He arrived on time, ready to work. I showed him what I wanted done, and he started immediately. The old kitchen faucet was difficult to take out, but he succeeded in getting it out without any fuss or mess. After he finished each job, he showed me how the new mechanisms worked and had me try each one several times. He asked each time if there was anything else in that area I would like changed. He cleaned up all debris afterwards. He was polite, friendly and cheerful, and seemed to get satisfaction from the work he did. I will definitely use his services again

Recent Review: A Breath of Fresh Air! Today homeowners must be very careful when choosing a contractor. For most of us, we are taking a gamble every time we hire someone to work on our homes. This feeling is justified when we hear about friends and neighbors who had bad experiences with contractors and referrals that do not always work out. However, I want you to know that Real Exteriors is a sure bet! From the time I contacted Real Exteriors to the end of my project, I was more than impressed with their professionalism. Joe, the general contractor who worked on my house was more than accommodating and most importantly, he was honest! Before contacting Real Exteriors, I interviewed two other contractors. I wanted to install trim around my two large windows in the front of the house and two smaller windows on both sides. Both contractors gave me a lower price and told me that everything would look fine without removing my 20-year-old siding. I wanted to give my home some “curb appeal” by installing the trim. However, when I interviewed Joe from Real Exteriors, he begged to differ with the other two contractors. Instead, he strongly stated that the trim could not be properly installed without removing the old siding, which was improperly installed over 20 years ago. Not only was it improperly installed, it was dirty and faded. Joe explained the issue of the improper installation in detail. After which, he guaranteed that it would be properly installed this time. Because of his honesty, I hired him. The house is now beautiful! I am so glad I listened to him and glad I invested the extra money because the existing siding had lived out its’ usefulness and was improperly installed. My husband and I were so impressed with the new siding and trim that we asked Joe to replace our gutters as well, also very old, dirty and faded. Now the house has a brand new face, and the curb appeal I was seeking is definitely there! Being honest with us about how to proceed with our project was paramount! Joe listened to me when we met as I explained my vision for my house. After the job was completed, the house looked exactly as I had imagined it! Joe really helped me to understand that spending the extra money would be much more beneficial to the look of my home rather than bypassing necessary work with substandard results. Joe said to me, “I want to do this right!” I highly recommend using Real Exteriors for any exterior project you may have. Not only are they extremely professional; arriving on time, respecting the boundaries of your property and your neighbors, living up to timelines from start to finish and delivering a finished project that meets or exceeds your expectations, they are also very friendly and honest people! Therefore, at a time when homeowners are concerned and unsure about who to hire to work on their home, I suggest you hire Real Exteriors and get an assuring Breath of Fresh Air! Recent Review: The quality of the shutters is excellent. Someone was at our house within 2 days of calling for information on the product and samples, as well as, photos of previous installations were brought to our house. A less expensive option was also recommended for a loft area of the house. We received the shutters in the time frame promised and the installation was very well done. Our woven shades did not fit perfectly and instead of trying to make them work, they were re-manufactured and then installed. A great experience.

Recent Review: This is the second time we have used Mr. Slats Blind Cleaners, and each time our dirty blinds came back looking like new in 2 days. They even were able to remove water rust stains completely from the fabric blinds. If you have good quality blinds, it is worth it to have them cleaned. Patti was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very pleased and highly recommend this provider.

Recent Review: We were in the middle of a renovation and they came, picked up the blinds and did not deliver them back for quite some time because the renovation went on and on. It was a big job. They were nice to work with. They were very prompt and did just as they promised. They were just good to work with. We thought their price was reasonable. We will use them again as we have another place that we need the blinds cleaned in.

Recent Review: They came out and measured then ordered the blinds for each and every window we have. When the blinds came in they came back and installed them all. There is one blind out of 28 with a bad winding mechanism so they ordered a replacement they will install next week. The blinds fit perfect, were installed very nicely, and we couldn't be happier with them. They were very helpful during the ordering process explaining which features were available, they also explained for oversize windows what looked best and what was most cost efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.

Recent Review: Everything went very smoothly from ordering the blinds to the installation. Serena helped me select appropriate blinds and provided guidance on the color selection. She also did all of the measurements. When the blinds arrived, Greg and Serena did the installation. They were both great to work with and were very professional, punctual, and helpful.

He has an excellent understanding of the pros and cons of various window treatments which was very helpful.
