THEY HAVE SOMETIMES EVEN COME BACK A SECOND TIME TO REMOVE THE BERM ACROSS THE DRIVEWAY LEFT BY THE CITY PLOWING OUR STREET. THEY CALL IN THE LATE SUMMER TO ASK IF YOU PLAN TO RENEW WITH THEM, AND ARE GOOD ABOUT ADDRESSING ANY CONCERNS OR PROBLEMS THAT YOU MENTION.
