THE COMPANY WAS GREAT! THEY DID THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW HEATER IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE VERY NEAT. THEY ALSO REPAIRED PLUMBING LEAKS & HAULED AWAY THE OLD HEATER.

Sterling Pools was great to work with. They came out to give us a free estimate on replacing our solar roof heating and also to add a gas heater. They gave us lots of useful info during the estimate about hot to take care of stuff in general. This included noting that we'd need to get our gas meter upgraded to get a gas heater for the pool. We decided to go with the gas heater option and just fix our solar roof heating ourselves. It took about a month to get the city to upgrade the gas meter. We then contacted Sterling Pools again and they honored the same estimate. They were able to get the heater and install it within about a week of faxing back the signed contract. When they came to do the install, we really wanted the heater on our existing concrete pad. These guys were great. They rearranged various other pumps and equipment on the pad in order to make it fit. It makes a huge difference in how our backyard looks and we really appreciate that they were willing to work with us on that. Their heater recommendation was great. It's made swimming so much more inviting. They were very responsive. I would definitely call them again.

He is very friendly and very personable. He came and changed the filter and fixed the heater without any problems.

This company is a complete joke. This is the second time my home warranty AHS has sent them to my house for an issue. The first time they were unresponsive and unreachable while my pool turned green due to a cracked filter housing. This time they claimed an "act of god" caused my pool heater to get wet and my home warranty refused to cover it. Yes, refused because an outdoor component got wet. (Heard if rain). They obviously just want the service call fee and won't repair anything. They didn't both to call or tell me nor offer a repair price. I tried contacting them several times. No answer, no call back. I am certain they just don't have any idea of how to repair it. Avoid like the plague. Read the rest of the reviews, they are all the same. If your home warranty assigns them refuse to use them based on reviews and ask for another contractor. I had to come back and edit this review to add that I just got a message from my pool guy. These idiots decided to leave my pool in service and spa mode when they left instead of returning it to its normal mode to automatically run. Since I haven't been home this week it stayed that way. Because of these absolute morons my pool now has a bunch of algae in it and I have to pay to have chemicals added and the filters cleaned. These people should not have a business license. STAY AWAY!!

They were very professional, but the poured concrete over some of our coping. They were very responsive, but I was a little upset that the heater pump sides were pressed in when moving it and so it has spots that show. This only included installation, but a new electric box had to be installed. I also thought the price was high.

We recently purchased a home and was told by one pool company that had already completed some work on our pool that we would have to replace the heater for our in ground hot tub to work although the entire pool/hot tub system is only a couple of years old. Got a quote from Mark and he fixed the problem for $225 (versus the estimated cost of replacing our heater for $3,400)! Needless to say we hired Mark to fix our heater problem as well as a couple of other issues and hired him to service our pool on a monthly basis and his rates are very reasonable. If anything else comes up for repair, Mark will be our guy. He knows his stuff and he's honest.

I described over the telephone the symptoms of my spa's malfunction; no heat, but pump running. He agreed it was probably the heater. He asked for the model number. We made an appointment for two days later. He was here 5 minutes early. He diagnosed the problem and installed the new heater. He brought a new heater with him based on our telephone conversation. He broke a valve handle on my old spa and apologized. He left with a friendly handshake and said he would send the bill. The spa has worked great ever since. A few days later, his bill arrived along with a new handle for the valve he broke. He paid for the valve handle. He was prompt, he was punctual, he was friendly and his price was fair.

Very responsive and professional. Solved a complex problem and minimized cost by getting to the root of the problem and only had to replace one part. Couldn't be happier.

Great. I received four bids. Leslie's was the most professional, thorough, and among the lowest in price. I bought during a sale, so they might not be as good a deal normally. They were the only company to notice that I needed some gas line upgrade; I was impressed that they really knew their stuff. They completed the job on time and very professionally. They even did a few minor repairs beyond the project for free. I was very happy and would use them again.

Jeff and his son, Mike, did fine work for us. We hadn't used our spa for months and it was in sad need of a complete clean-up and tune-up. They were efficient and speedy. Great work.

When I called Legends Pool Service they responded the same day and were able to come out within a few days to look at the issues. They were very knowledgeable for all areas of my pool. We decided to hire them for our weekly service also! Our pool hasn't looked better for years! They are always friendly and willing to look at any issues or questions. We would highly recommend Legends for anyone looking for service and monthly maintenance service.

Sterling came out and installed a new RayPak Pool Heater for us earlier this month. We found them here on Angie's List and the reviews were positive so we went with them. Not disappointed. We have had a lot of work done in the last year and it's very rare to have the Job done right the first time without hassles. They take pride in their work and the work they did was far superior to the folks that had originally installed our Polaris Pump. In fact, when I pointed out to them how badly the pump had been installed they took it upon themselves to re-install the old pump to the proper location and even re-pipe it correctly! Now that's good service! As for the installation that they did? Pretty much perfect. It's a great heater too. Very quiet and very powerful. If I want to pick nits, there were some surface scratches on the metal cabinet, but I was able to get them mostly off with Goo Gone. Otherwise, it was installed perfectly straight on a pedestal that they provided and it looks very professional. I would definitely use them again for anything Pool equipment related. They did my Sister's Pool Heater too, and she was very happy with them as well. Overall, I'd give them a 5 star rating. They carry top brand equipment at a fair price and the quality of work is well above par. If you are looking for someone who is responsible, and cares about the quality of their work and their reputation you have found them. I would not hesitate to recommend Sterling Pool.

They have maintained our pool for three years and have always been on top of problems and quick to repair problems. They provide accurate estimates and perform work in a timely manner. Much better than other services we have used.

We called yesterday to have a new pool heater installed. Received a return call from Miguel Lopez stating that a service person would show up today between 2 and 4 pm. Stayed home to meet with the service person who never showed up and never called. Really frustrating to waste an afternoon waiting while missing work .

I needed a new spa cover, and months ago when fixing my spa heater, he offered to order and install one for me. I finally ordered it, and he took the measurements, advised me on the design, ordered it and installed it with no delays or fuss.

Had extensive repairs performed on my spa in January of 2020 for a spa purchased in 2011. A leak repair was not done properly and damaged all the newly replaced systems and equipment. Neither Paradise Valley nor Sundance Spas are willing to stand behind their work or their product. Will never recommend or purchase another product from them. Scheduling maintenance and/or service has always been an ordeal requiring multiple phone calls and call backs. This final estimate took 4 weeks following the technician’s visit, that appointment took months to set up.

ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED TO SATISFACTION AND COMPLETE EXPLANATION OF THE PRICE, LABOR, PARTS ETC. WAS PROVIDED. FULL DISCLOSURE OF THE EXISTING PROBLEMS AND OPTIONS FOR REPAIR WERE DISCUSSED. WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHOUT ANY DISRUPTION WHATSOEVER TO OTHER ACTIVITIES.
