Skaled Design was wonderful about staying true to our budget. They also kept to promised timelines and offered really great design recommendations on design elements we weren’t sure about - such as lighting design, and placing of cabinets to keep the kitchen flow smooth for our big family. Workers were friendly and helpful and also cleaned up after each part of the project so we didn’t have any extra cleaning (which has happened when we did some house improvement projects with other companies).

I am still working with them. I am still in the process of purchasing cabinets from him. The rest of the construction is going to be through a general contractor. The design was about $950. He has done a lot of kitchens and they are up on his website, so I can see his work. He came out to the house, looked around, and helped us come up with the design. He asked me what I wanted and put it together. He is staying with in the budget. It seems like he is knowledgeable and has an eye for design. They are easy to work with and he gave me a lot of options. I think I feel more comfortable with his design capabilities. He seems like a good person to work with and they are going to be custom made.

I paid for 4 hours of kitchen design services and it cost $65 an hour. They gave a second opinion on a kitchen design and helped to take out tile. I thought they did a very good job.

We were impressed with the variety of cabinets, hardware, plumbing fixtures, etc, that were available to choose from. Done Right Home Remodeling displayed a great deal of knowledge, professionalism and most impressive was his patience with us, listening and talking about the changes and how they would work the best. Contractor did a great job to create options for us. Very responsive and understood what we were trying to accomplish. We hope to move forward to engineering the project.

We have completed the design phase of our project and now proceeding with the construction. Design phase was completed in three months, mainly, because we made changes.

This is not really a designer, but rather a contractor looking for business. It make sense since it is a low price. In the end, you'll get an approximate cost of the "labor" remodel. Unfortunately, nothing is written down. You won't know exactly what the real price since you'll have to look for all the material. For me, it felt like a good starting point, but I still felt I need to investigate more. I don't want to do a design on a napkins for such a big spending.

HDR was very helpful in the design process and listened to my ideas and concerns. The remodel "went down to the studs": my electrical and plumbing were updated and the kitchen is now insulated. The space is warmer, brighter and so much more functional.

I was very happy with how my kitchen turned out. I enjoyed working with the designers and the construction crew was professional and meticulous. As with any project, there can be issues, but anything that came up was quickly attended to and resolved. I would highly recommend Artistic Kitchen.

The service was very decent, and went beyond what was actually to be done. It was beautiful. They came out at first, and gave me a quote, and told us about the design they had in mind. I loved everything right from the beginning, and I would hire them again without a question.

From start to finish, working with Timeline was an excellent experience. From Matthews 'back of envelope' sketch, we worked with the Timeline Design team to design and create the kitchen/living space of our dreams. 2 years later we still walk into the space and love it. The best part about Timeline is that the same company is designing and building out your project, so any questions about how a design is to be implemented are easily resolved.

We have hired and used Rosegold Builders for 3 remodeling projects over a period of 5 years now. This review can show how pleased and satisfied we are with their work and work methods. The first remodeling job was on our 3 bathrooms and we were very impressed with the way they made the designs of them before we signed the contract and of course with the final results. The second remodeling project was to design and build a master suite. It was started with just a concept and with the ideas of Adam and his people, we decided to go with another remodeling job that would be even more challenging for them. This last remodeling project was to create a large sun room at our back yard. When we looked at the blue prints that were presented to us by Adam, we really didn’t know how it will be. We really surprised by the workmanship, all the solutions for all the problems that came up during the remodeling and the final result which was a stunning 550 sq/ft. sun room which we enjoy extremely. And all three remodeling projects were finished within the time frame and schedules including the costs, which is not always doable. Thank you, all the team at Rosegold Builders.

Bill and Summer helped crystalize my ideas and gave excellent feedback on what would be good or not. Even the contractor stayed in touch throughout the whole job. Excellent subcontractors all.

Our experience with Gridley was very good. The work was done within the budget and was completed on time. The fit and finish of the cabinet installation was perfect. Their project manager kept us in the loop as things went along and was very responsive to any questions or feedback. Gridley was outstanding to deal with and I would (and have) recommend them to my friends.

Where do I start! I am so happy I found a trustworthy and reliable contractor in Walnut Creek. Our house was basically a complete rebuild from a 1941 bungalow. We expanded the existing footprint by more than double and also added a detached garage. S&L was the absolute best! We bought the house in February but were not able to complete the drawings/permit process until a whopping 7 months later-- by which time a substantial amount of our resources were used up by paying rent + mortgage+ storage. The contractor we had planned to use could not fit us into his schedule so we were in a bind-- I found Jacob and contacted him immediately. Everyone he has on his team was courteous, responsible, and just very good at what they do. the craftsmanship that went into our house was much better than many of the new construction track homes we have seen. I only wish we found him sooner--since his business also does the architectural drawings-- we probably could have gotten into our house several months earlier. As I was very nervous about making changes to my home, the team at S&L Remodeling and Design made me feel comfortable and excited with the new renovations. The process was quicker than expected and I now have a beautiful kitchen and bathroom space!

We renovated on the middle of COVID but it went surprisingly well. The crew worked quickly, wore masks, and Nathan, our project manager, is REALLY good. He visited the site nearly every day and sometimes multiple times a day and really knows his stuff. We hired a designer from a design firm, but Nathan knows design really well and has some great ideas. Any issues, he was quick to address. I would partner with Nathan and Wisebuilders again in a heartbeat.
