It?s beautifully built. He worked with us and gave us a reasonable price. It was a project he had never done before and I don?t think anyone has done before. There were no plans we could find for it anywhere. He does drafting work, but also worked as the general contractor. It worked out really well. If need be, then I would use his services in the future too.

Plans came in late and with significant errors. Needed to be redone several times and delayed work that was time dependent upon as built drawings. To date errors have still not been resolved and had we not caught these they would have led to significant problems with building plans.
