"We have them on a monthly retainer. They're very good and courteous. We have 2 dogs in the back yard and they are very careful to not let them out. We had some cobwebs in our garage and they came back and took care of it. It's $45 a month for the service plan. They're very responsible and dependable. The staff is very courteous. Whenever we've called with any questions or concerns they are very responsive.  They have good quality professional service. They come when we're not here and take care of it. I don't have to worry about bugs anywhere. They came when we first moved here and sprayed everything inside my house and were very careful, didn't break anything. They made sure everything was moved and did so with no complaints. They were friendly, nice and very professional. They are a little more expensive. We haven't had any bugs or anything. I trust the products they're using because I do have 2 cats and 2 dogs. They are careful with their products. They come on the days they say they are going to be here. They call us the day before to let us know they are coming.

"The service man completed work but used a spreader to put down some insecticide similar in consistency to fertilizer to get rid of the bugs. Unfortunately he also spread the insecticide over the cool deck next to my swimming pool. When this was discovered, a phone call was placed to the local office who in turn transferred to a supervisor in Phoenix. The supervisor was sympathetic and apologized for the poor service that was done. The supervisor also suggested we take some photos of the contaminated area. <br /> We performed the cleanup to prevent the insecticide from getting into our pool. We never received another call from either the supervisor or anyone from the local office. <br /> Poor service!! We are cancelling our service are looking for a new pest control company. <br />
