- Structure Tech Home InspectionsIt is not hyperbole when I say Structure Tech is the best. Their team is communicative and punctual. They send two copies of their final report. One that has all the critical information summarized in a understandable and neat format. It includes links to their in-house blog explaining different home issues and repairs in layman's terms. The other report is verbose and is perfect for buyers like me who want to drink from the fire hose. Our inspector Bryan was the perfect balance of enthusiastic and down to earth. Any issues with the property we found, he had well measured and grounded advice to give us on how to proceed. It's quite refreshing to have an inspector who takes issues seriously, but also looks at a house pragmatically. Our house needs some work, and honestly what house doesn't. We've been in contact with a dozen different contracting companies to remedy some of the big problems with our new home. Unilaterally, every company knows who structure tech is and sing the praises of their work. Our local insurance company knows who they are and to quote our agent "if Structure Tech did the inspection, you can take it as the word of God." That last bit may have been hyperbole, but it certainly sums up our feelings about quality of their work and their pristine reputation among other businesses in the field. In short, home buying is an expensive endeavor and fixing a bad house is even more expensive. With all the information that Structure Tech gave us, we were able to make an informed decision about our purchase and can rest easy knowing they left no stone unturned

- American SewerExcellent service! I called in the morning and Dave came out that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimated cost, and he got to work. The main sewer pipe in my basement is nearly impossible to access, so he had to access the pipe by removing the basement toilet. He was able to clear the blockage in approx 90 minutes. He replaced the worn wax seal under the toilet, and bolted the toilet in place again. Dave had to make several trips into the basement with his heavy equipment, and was careful to not dirty my floors. Dave's time and cost estimates were very accurate, and very reasonable. American Sewer most definitely did a "great job, at a great price, and dispatched a technician the same day" I called

I received a call on the date of the service about 45 minutes before the tech arrived. He showed up as expected and started working immediately on the problem. The tech, Joey, did a great job. He used tarps to cover the furnace and other things near by the area he was working in. He kept me informed of what he was doing and the progress he made. "My sewer backed up into an unfinished part of my basement. I cleaned up the sludge-gross- but had to call American Sewer to come and unplug the line. They showed up in the next day and snaked the main line which fixed the issue. He also ran a camera down the the street to check the main line. He cleaned it from two different access points. He also suggested i have the main line scraped a bit as there was some calcification. He didn't have the equipment to do it as my access point was too small. I scheduled them to come back out and do it later. They were very efficient and I have used them again since then.

"I bought a new home and we knew that there was some plumbing issues that we wanted to get someone working on right away. Before we got moved in we had Billy and Howard come out to put in the kitchen sink in and to fix the leak in bathroom sink. When they arrived, they realized that I had ordered the wrong size kitchen sink. They were incredibly gracious about my mistake and went above and beyond duty to help get the right measurements and to talk me through what I should be looking for. We moved into the house on Tuesday. On Friday, after shower and a load of laundry I noticed water coming up out of the main drain. I am a first time homeowner, I had no idea what that meant. I did another load of laundry after mopping up the floor and confirmed that the water was coming up from the drain, not coming from the washer. I called and got Chris to come out to take a look at it. Chris could not have been more kind, more reassuring, and quick at solving problems (and there were several, like the previous owner cementing over the access drain). I cannot recommend this company enough. As a person who knows nothing about plumbing, I was really impressed by how well Billy, Chris, and Howard were able to explain what was happening, what my options were, what the risks were, and frankly that they were able to do all of that without a tinge of condescension.
