"It went very well when checking the faucet the technician discovered that the washer between the faucet and the connected hose was the only problem. He replaced it and everything worked fine. The only charge was for travel time. The technician was John Henry. I couldn't ask for a finer repair person. I thought the water was squirtimg out around the faucet stem but he quickly found what the actual problem was, the washer. When my next project comes up I would be pleased to have John come back.

"I highly recommend Elite Roofing Solutions who recently replaced my roof. They did an excellent job tearing off and replacing the old two layers of roofing. Luke Stover was the project manager and he was AWESOME through the whole process. He is a straight-shooter and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns and offered reasonable options to address them. Installation day, the roofing crew showed up around 6:45AM (a little before sunrise) and went right to work. No slackers. They worked all day except for a quick lunch break and completed the job in 1 day. Wow! A project like this has a lot of moving parts. It takes good planning and good execution for it to succeed and Luke and the roofing crew made it happen.

"Glenn and Greg were very responsive throughout the entire process, their roofing services are competitively priced and they were patient with all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. If you are concerned about whether they have proper credentials, they have them all and do not mind providing customers with proof of workers comp, general liability, etc. and they are licensed contractors in the state of TN.
