I got the name of this plumber off of the E.O. Smith website after I discovered a leak on my hot water heater. I called up and Bill took the time to explain why he recommended a replacement hot water heater given the age and model of my particular water heater. I told him that the work had to be done that weekend as I needed to leave town on a business trip and didn't want to leave my wife and child without hot water. He was very understanding and accommodating. The work was done efficiently by Bill and his helper. I would definitely hire him again.

Both jobs were well done. The first they found and corrected a problem from when the house was built. The second was an emergency and they responded in less than an hour at 6 on a Friday of Christmas weekend and fixed it quickly. Would suggest them to anyone needing a plumber. I called Ray Page Plumbing on a weekend with an emergency leak in my water heater. Within couple of hours Ray called me back and informed me about their weekend rate, but asked what is the issue. I described him the problem and he told me that there might be an easy fix (simple part replacement) that I can do myself, and gave me a detailed description of what needs to be done. Sure enough, I fixed the problem following his directions in less than 15 minutes ! I really like honest contractors and they are not very easy to come by -- Ray Page is certainly on top of my list for any future plumbing work.

i got home from work, pulled into the garage and there was a huge water mark and leaking from the ceiling! it was a friday (ofcourse!) and i called all plumbing and they arrived very promptly and took care of the problem. this is the third time i have used ALL PLUMBING and all three times they were spot on. knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. they will be coming out again to do another repair. this company is excellent all the way around: professional, prompt, knowledgeable, reasonable and if ALL PLUMBING does the job you know it is done right. i am happy to have found a reliable plumber.

Wonderful company- very professional and responded quickly. I called on a Sunday afternoon and the phone was answered within three rings. I received a call from the plumber confirming my address and his arrival time. He got to my house and got straight to work . SInce it was an emergency and an after hours situation you do pay for the time to travel but I felt that what I paid was reasonable (approximately $500.00) for the emergency service and for fixing the clogged pipes. He suggested not even using a kitchen disposal unit because in his experience they are very likely to clog. I appreciated his advice and I took it.

Recent Review: Excellent Job A-Team!!! Super fast and Covid Safety observed! We had a major mainline pipe emergency and they came within an hour or us calling (on a Saturday night) and started working on our problem. Came back the next morning at 8:30 am (on a weekend) and saved the day!!! They replaced our pipe section, left the basement clean as a whistle and prevented us from a major pipe burst. All of this and they were also reasonably priced. I highly recommend the A-Team and will be using them in the future. It's so rare to find this type of excellent service, honesty and professionalism and in break-neck timing! Thank you A-Team (Manny)!!!!!

Recent Review: Woke up Friday morning to an issue under my kitchen sink that had a leak big enough that it leaked downstairs into my basement. I called a few plumbers but no one answered their phones. I understood it was on a Friday so maybe the ones I called were already booked. That's fine, we turned off the water to the sink and waited out the weekend until today. We were a bit concerned that none of the businesses would answer again because it is Columbus Day, but I tried again, calling the same plumbers as before and again, no answer. So I did a little research online and noticed that Superior was the next town over to mine so I crossed my fingers and gave it a shot. The phone rang and the person on the other end answered immediately. I was surprised and thanked him for answering. lol I then proceeded to tell the gentleman on the other end of our situation, and he said he could be out between 11:00 and 1:00 today. He arrived about 11:15, much sooner than expected and I couldn't have been more pleased. Once inside Kevin, took a look at the situation and made his assessment literally within minutes. I asked if he could fix the issue and he said that indeed he could, but he didn't have the part. So he informed us that the part in question was actually under lifetime warranty by the manufacturer, and that all we had to do was take a picture, send it to the company and they would send a replacement for free. He also said that it was so simple anyone could do it and showed my husband exactly what to do, saving us not only time but money. My husband and I cannot be more pleased with Kevin, his kindness, honesty, accuracy and coming to our rescue when no one else even bothered to answer the phone to their own business. I know this is a long review but I cannot sum up in a few words just how appropriate this company is named. Superior Plumbing is just that, Superior in every sense of the word. For all my future plumbing needs, I will only use Kevin and Superior. I have posted this same review in other places on the web, but since it's so long I decided to copy/paste

Repairman identified the problem as leakage from the pan of the dishwasher. He then shut off water flow to stop the leak. Rating is due to the quick response and professionalism demonstrated by the repairman and the reasonable cost for same.

I called Petey's Plumbing with and emergency drain pipe leak. When I called it was after hours and someone returned my call within minutes. They showed up to my house within an hour of my call and fixed the leak. Luckily while they were fixing my leak they found to smaller leaks that would have caused me major problems later. I am thoroughly satisfied with their service and will be using them again for all my future plumbing needs.
