  Chris was professional and accurate in assessment of the work that need to be accomplished . He listened to my concerns and addressed them. The crew was also professional and respectful of the property. There was extreme attention to detail and the cleanup was meticulous. Chris touched base everyday to make sure everything was on track and that I was happy with the job. He would also come by and find the smallest details that I would have never noticed and had the crew address it. The job was done on time and on estimate. Exceeded my expectation. Would use them again

  The guys at Tebou did excellent work. They built a bracket system to allow my fence panels to be removable. They fixed and repaired my fence, replaced my lattice and securely braced our front deck posts. Guys were very professional and great problem solvers. If you need work done, hire these guys ASAP

  This process has been absolutely a blessing to my family. I could not have asked for a better company/general contractor to take on this project. In saying a bathroom remodel/renovations is truly downplaying the total scope of Kevin's work. We took a one story home 4/2/0 and turned it into a 4/3/2 (two existing rooms went to 1 large master) . He was able to keep the same look and aesthetics of our home to still blend with our neighborhood. Our home even enlarged still feels like a "home". The love and attentiveness that was put into this project is refreshing and completely unimaginable. Kevin is not a contractor that will push you off and place you on a back burner. He will contact you, he will make you feel like no matter the project size yours is important, he will bring life to your vision. His subcontractors are amazing. He knows each company and most of the time personally. You can rest assure that this man is not sending total strangers amongst your home. Now onto a more personal note. Kevin is a blue collar gentleman just like all of the people he works with. Over the course of a 6 month project (remember it was a large one) I have never felt like he has looked down on us or judged us in any way. My kids have just fell in love with him and truly he feels more like family than anything else. This company is somebody that I know I could send to my mothers house and not worry that she would be taken advantage of. In fact before the sheetrock went on to the "new" upstairs I spoke with Kevin and at that point asked him to bless my home. He wrote a scripture above all of my kids doors and the guest bedroom on the header. Whether he knows this or not this is something that my kids and us adored and keep very close to our hearts. To most General Contractors projects are just that they are somebody else's house and project. They are there for just the money. Kevin Gwyn is not this! He puts his heart, his brain power, his sleep at night all on the line to make YOUR vision come true. If you are looking for the cheapest this may not be your choice. If you are looking for the most expensive this may not be your choice. If you are looking for somebody in the middle and want it done correctly then Clear Creek Home Improvements is your choice

  Very professional job from start to finish. Robby Phillips gave me a very neat and complete initial estimate on site in June. The actual job was scheduled for later in the summer when I had time off. The gutters were off in no time and rotted fascia replaced with Hardie Board. I was a little worried about how the Hardie Board would look but Robbie Phillips assured me it had the "look" of cedar and I am very pleased with how it turned out. He also told me they don't just spot caulk - they caulk everything. I think it's pretty hard to do a nice job of caulking and the job they did was just spectacular. They scheduled Miguel's crew to do the painting and they also did a wonderful job. I hired an individual to paint just my porch railings a number of years ago and I found drips of paint on the porch floor and even paint on the screens. The paint crew from Phillips did their work to perfection - they do very detailed, very precision work. My daughter-in-law was so impressed she thought she might hire them to paint their house. The gutters went up in no time and should work much better with the additional downspouts. Everyone who came to work at my house was nice and personable and they all worked very hard, all day, long days, in hot weather. A large, professional, organized company that is very deserving of the good reviews I see about it on Angie's list
