"5 out of 5 big stars AAA+ company, should be a 6 out of 6 let me tell you why. My mother is a senior citizen and I travel for extended periods. I'm not always around so she needs quality service and trustworthy people to help. A/C starts acting up of course during this latest heat wave, company I Wont name comes over and first thing (Salesman) knows she's on SS with limited budget but still "you need a completely new unit" $9500 est. financed 0 interest nearly $600/mo. (Salesman) "let me try to help you out" how about $8000 "lowest we can do" nearly $500/mo still no chance. After an hour suddenly unit can be repaired for $4800 nearly$300/mo. Tech scheduled for tomorrow she is approved and relieved A/C will be fixed soon. I cant sleep over this I research from 2 AM to 6 Am and email 10+ Co's because no way this can be right, now by 7 AM I'm calling everyone. This company doesn't do this or that, others can't be here for a couple days, some don't even answer but Every Single company agrees no way $4800!! 7:30 AM Al (Element Owner) messages me, we talk and immediately I'm liking him, straight up without even seeing the unit tells me what problem could be and he's dead on! Green light him and he's here from 5 towns away to the minute he said he'd be. Mom's comfortable, immediately he's working, so I go to an appointment across town. I'm back and he's damn near done! "I have an annual service contract with FAST of Florida, and I called them yesterday to check on what I thought was a leaking condenser on my roof. Roberto came out the same evening, went up on the roof to check the condenser, and made a video to show me the condition. There was no leak, but he did identify that there were wires on the unit that had deteriorated to the point that copper was showing through the lines in several places. He fixed that and checked the remaining components and identified other areas of issue, that he also repaired. Roberto was so knowledgeable, informative, professional and courteous. He was so helpful and took the time to video what he saw and then explained to me what he was seeing. It was truly a pleasure to meet someone who took pride in his work and wanted to make everything just right for the customer."

"John was superb! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a sense of humor that we loved. Another company on Home Advisor said I had to replace my unit, no ifs, ands or buts about it. John S. checked my air conditioner and said that I did not, and that it had a few good years, with yearly maintenance, left in it. My A/C unit was leaking, and I was concerned because I did not remember it leaking before Well, he and I went out to the unit, I showed him where it was leaking from he looked and kinda laughed, which was a great thing, informing me that it was normal. I know nothing about A/C units he went to check my furnace, he found a bit of mold growing in my furnace and showed me he gave me a reasonable price, which, at this time, I cannot afford. He was very honest, telling me it could wait, but that I might want to change it in the near future. Michael was very personable and funny. I cannot recommend this company more. This is the second time I have used them, and I will use them again and will be requesting Michael. Thanks."

They said they would need to order a new one and the repair would be done in 2-3 weeks. After four weeks, with no heat in the dead of a FL winter, we called and learned that the motherboard was now on back-order until April. So, we called Mason for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem as a sensor in the wall unit, and not the motherboard in the exterior unit. They had the repair done in less than 24 hours. We canceled out service contract with the other company and will use Mason Air Conditioning and Heating in the future. They did the repair correctly, promptly, courteously, and at a reasonable price.
