" We had a great experience with Deck Envy, from start to finish! We first met with Johnny at our home to explore options. As co-owner of Deck Envy, Johnny was not only thorough in his explanations of the options, process and materials, but also could easily speak to the companyâ s culture and what we could expect if we chose Deck Envy to deconstruct our old deck and build our new deck. After receiving three competitive estimates and considering what we wanted, we contracted with Deck Envy, in large measure based on prior reviews of their professionalism, quality and effective communication. Johnny guided us through the HOA approval process and provided the materials needed to assure a speedy From initial estimate through final cleanup, the process, people and quality more than met our expectations. The process was highly organized, with inspections and build well-coordinated and communicated. The team was respectful of our property during the demo and build, cleaned up after themselves on an ongoing basis and created a beautiful deck of superb quality. Jonathan and the build team arrived promptly each morning and worked through the day, with minimal down time, resulting in a demo and build that took about 5 days for a 14X28 deck with mixed materials, latticework surround and gate. The team left our property with no evidence of anyone ever having been there, except for the fact that we have a beautiful, clean, new deck at our home. Without any hesitation, I can say that this is the most positive construction experience we have ever had. Thanks to Johnny and Ricardo, co-owners, for competitive pricing and an outstanding customer experience.
