After a very bad experience with a contractor, I hired years ago for my bathroom remodeling, I was very careful this time. I met 5 (!!) construction companies before making a decision. I can say that even at the first meeting I felt how professional they were! Fast forward - blues brothers construction did my 2 bathrooms (guest and a master on the 2nd floor). Batel was my project manager - she was so great! Very communicative, detail oriented, and was always on top of everything. It was very easy for me that I had someone who runs the project and I do not need to do micromanagement. We had a little issue at the beginning with the walls after the demolition, and that was a concern for me, but she took responsibility right away and took care of it. The team that worked in the house was very nice, polite, and hard-working and I felt comfortable in my own house (I know it may sound funny, but before we started the project I was concerned that I will have strangers in my house for some time and I wont feel comfortable). Final results - we love the new bathrooms that turn out to be so beautiful!! (Can not believe we have lived with our previous extra old bathrooms before hahaha). Thank you Blues Brothers! We will be back!

When we first bought our house, I knew I wanted to make some updates to it (mainly kitchen and bathroom), but after talking to Joe, we ended up renovating the entire house and took everything down to the studs. He had a great vision and totally sold us, which in turn made this a forever home for us. During the renovation, we were out of town for 2 months. Joe communicated with us regularly and kept us updated on what's happening at the house. After we came back, I found some changes I wanted to make. Joe and his crew were willing to make these changes so that everything can be perfect for us. I have really enjoyed working with Joe and will likely do more projects with him.
