Work was exemplary. Some what expensive for sure but l believe the value over time will outweigh the costs. I'm listed as a preferred customer and as such was told to expect unique discounts on future projects. I will see what that looks like in a few years when l begin my next project.

This company is fantastic, after having done several renovations with other companies, I was dreading having to do it again. But, Home Run Builder makes everything really easy without any drama and super professional. They pointed up the bricks, redid the gutters and painted the outside of my row house in DC. Before I found Home Run, I was told I had to hire 3 different companies for each process and everything was in such an awful shape that no one even wanted to deal with it. Fortunately the owner of Home Run is extremely knowledgeable, he even brought me photos of historic buildings in DC and they did a fantastic job of bringing back the original victorian facade to life. I later contracted them to do the stone work on the walkway and the steps to the entrance. I am so pleased that I have asked them to renovate my English basement.
I have just had my second bathroom refurb with W builders , and I am delighted with the result. The fitter, Carl, was fantastic. As with the first bathroom, one or two things went wrong owing to the nature of this property, but they always kept calm and resolved the problems. They are a perfectionist who works to a high standard. My new bathroom looks like a first-class hotel and is well worth the amount spent.

I contacted Reid on Saturday evening, he returned my call and scheduled an appointment as quickly as possible. The team of Walter and Walter took all measures to ensure a clean and safe environment, booties, plastic sheeting and masks are obviously standard protocol. Two others could not find the source of my problem, Walter& Walter were methodical they tested every electrical outlet to find the source of my problem, they had an attitude of searching through a process of elimination. The switch boxes in my guest bathroom, master bathroom and outdoor deck had wires crossed, were not GFI, but were hot. A fire hazard and a major safety issue. After fixing the boxes all were caulked and properly sealed. My immune system is severely compromised socially distancing is of utmost importance. The team was aware of my situation and took every precaution to protect me while they worked. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very patient and professional. Hernan, the Project Manager, was very professional and responsive. Unlike many other contractors we've hired, Hernan was on site every day to make sure things were going well. He was very receptive to constructive feedback and requests for minor deviations. Hernan and the Sales Rep, Scott were extremely helpful in finding us solutions to the nationwide supply shortage. Transblue is absolutely one of the best contractors we have ever hired, and we plan to bring them back for future projects.

Positive experience by far. Our small project (kitchen and bath remodel and hardwood refinishing) turned into a large project as sometimes 110+ year old houses do. Luis Lugo and his team were highly professional, skilled, and gracious to our needs, our budget, and the project's scope and intent. They were with us every step of the way even in the height of the pandemic. The job site was impeccably clean at all times as well. The final result was stunning and well worth it. They do very high quality work. We had some supply chain and labor availability issues, but we worked thru them. My wife and I are very pleased with the end product, a three season sunroom. Converted our screened in porch to sunroom.

Studio 76 completed my entire home remodeling for single-family home I bought in as-is condition. Home was in 1970 condition and nothing was updated over the years.
