    Excellent. Left two calls with the answering service. I did not hear back for awhile but then I was called and told a technician would arrive between noon and 8. He arrived at 1:20. It took him very little time to clean the filters and flush the pipe that was clogged. I also purchased the home plan that includes HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing
