My wife and I had never experienced a remodel before and had no idea what to expect, how to get started, or even what we wanted to change in the house. Louis and Tammy were very patient and took the time to meet with us several times over a couple of months to iron out the details, provide us with plenty of options, and build a solid kitchen and living room remodel plan. As is the case with any remodel, there were unforeseeable issues that came up during the project, and for us, it was a rotted subfloor and a severely clogged drainpipe. ASAP Renovating notified us as soon as these issues were discovered, explained the consequences, provided us with several options and their costs, and gave a professional recommendation. Despite those issues, the project went more smoothly than I had anticipated and ended up on time, at budget, and of high quality. I highly recommend ASAP Renovating Solutions

Along with the addition he contracted a window company to come in and replace all our windows. As a contractor Adrian handled all the details of sub contractors and ensured they were present and on time. Addition to the house was well done and in a timely manner

    6-22-2022. From start to finish, Dorin did an excellent job. Soon after assessing the work needed and what I wanted, Dorin drew up a design with the cost for the project. He took into consideration my budget & that I wished to keep basic kitchen structure. He also quickly updated kitchen design when I told him of changes I wanted. He always kept me in the loop as work progressed, explaining what or why specific work was needed. I’m impressed that he’s a very experienced remodeling contractor and very skillful in all aspects: installing cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, electrical and plumbing. He completed the work within his stated timeline. I’m beyond happy with the beautiful and functional new kitchen. I highly recommend Dorin for kitchen remodeling work other homeowners might be considering
