They were responsive, figured out other issues we had with our foundations, and were willing to fix them without causing any more concern or any additional cost. They were timely, got there within 5 days, and fixed our foundation walls within 2 days. He was excellent to work with he answered any question I had and I was always able to speak with him. Excellent service all the way around.
A sales rep came out to give an estimate. The actual work was done by two crews of 2 men each. Both crews were on time, worked well as teams, got right to work and worked until the work assigned was completed. The crews are pleasant, personable, very respectful of my property, and answered my questions patiently.
Excellent and timely job
It's one thing when a contractor does a job and everything goes according to plan. When FinishLine encapsulated my basement, my home alarm system was damaged. Josh told me to get the system fixed and send him the bill. I did what he said, and within a few days, I was reimbursed for the repairs with no questions asked. By the way, the encapsulation was superior as well. I highly recommend FinishLine Pest Control.
