It was a pleasure to have Raul repair the tile in my shower. From the initial conversation (where we discussed the issue and he provided an estimate) to the final one (where I paid him a very reasonable price for the services rendered), he was polite and professional. He arrived precisely on time both days and respected social distancing (important in these times) while performing the repairs. The quality of the work was excellent. My shower now looks like new and there is no evidence that it has been repaired. For reasonable pricing and highest quality work, I highly recommend Punch Renovation and Construction. I plan to call Raul for other jobs as the need arises.

Since Samson excelled in the two previous interior renovation projects they completed for me, it followed that Iâ d ask them to knock out some exterior maintenance issues, as well. I needed some damaged siding and associated trim pieces replaced & painted on a back wall & chimney, prominent fascia/trim on the front and some light trenching in the back. Even as the job was small, Randy kept to the same high standards Iâ ve come to expect from Samson... they continue to be my â go-toâ guys!

What can I say... not enough. Mike Lannigan takes pride in his work. He gave my 15 year old townhome, which I had been renting out, a much-needed facelift including repainting, re-carpeting, plumbing, misc. repairs, tiling, exterior bay window repair, and even a deep clean. He is honest, prompt in work time and responses. Not only is he thorough and professional in his business ethic, but also is a caring person. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and look forward to working with him again in the near future on my own home.

I have been struggling with my fence project for more than half a year until I met with Iman P., the young guy from SIA Iron Design. He answered all question I have and gave me the information I want to know. respond all my texts within minutes. Since nobody lives in that property, he takes a picture every step, clean up everything when the job gets done. I am so glad to meet Iman and very satisfy with their performance. Plus the metal fence is beautiful now.

Great job when they got there. Job was postponed a couple times but finally scheduled once I stopped by the office. Workers hit a sprinkler head that I marked but I quickly repaired it for 10 bucks. Finished product was amazing. I would recommend. Best pricing around.
