    One of a Kind Carpenter was terrific. All the work was completed- even though we ran into some challenges, which they quickly resolved. I have an older house, and these were not anticipated with the job. I also added on to the project a few times, which they managed to do in a timely fashion, and the quality of work was impeccable. I would highly recommend him, and I will not use anyone else for my work now

    Bottom line up front: Holden Handyman delivered exceptional quality at a great price. Rudolf was exceedingly honest, punctual and kind to me and my family. He was as dedicated to a successful outcome as we were and went above and beyond for us on several occasions. Rudolf is an artisan and a gentleman in the classical sense of both terms. I cannot recommend Holden Handyman highly enough. As my daughter said, "Rudolf is a 10/10" Details: We engaged Holden Handyman Inc to completely gut renovate the two bathrooms in our home in Williamsburg/ Orlando FL. Rudolf set us at ease from our first conversation. We weren't exactly sure of the layout and design but he walked with us and talked us through both spaces as we crafted a shared picture of what we wanted. He set and met expectations from the beginning; about process, price, start and end times and outcomes. We had many glitches (mostly supply chain delays and mistakes by Home Depot) but Rudolf was patient and calmly worked through them. He communicated clearly and continually throughout and -last but certainly not least- he delivered an EXCEPTIONAL product. We are absolutely thrilled with our showroom quality bathrooms. The final product exceeded our every expectation and Rudolf has worked on the back end to make sure everything is perfect for us I am a mechanical engineer and have personally managed or participated in hundreds of construction/ contractor engagements over my 40 year career. This (relatively) small project stands head and shoulders above every one of them. If you have bathrooms that need to be renovated you will not find a better company than Holden Handyman Inc to do it

    A-Screen Repair did a great job on updating my patio enclosure. I had the left screen wall (with access door and doggie door) totally rebuilt. The doggie door went bye-bye and a new wall with new door and threshold were installed. I also had all the kick plates and screens replaced. The two-man crew were on time and did a great job with the rebuild. They cleaned up after the job and made sure I was satisfied with their work before leaving. Like the original enclosure (also installed by A-Screen 22 years ago), my rebuilt enclosure looks great and should last at least as long as the original
