    EM Demolition was extremely professional. The father and son duo combine decades of experience with excellent project management and follow-up. Eric and his father were able to visit my site the day I submitted a request and provided me a quote that evening. Eric's follow up was quick, professional and respectful. It took me some time to line up the other aspects of my project, but EM stood by and worked with my schedule. EM were able to remove an existing, 3 story tall chimney from the middle of my house in about 5.5 hours. They skillfully removed the chimney from behind a drywall partition--containing the dust and debris in the job site--and left the premises relatively tidy. I would highly recommend them for demo work.

    Comment: Removal of an installed trash can. Our Non-profit placed them around the city as a test run. some of them were set on fire recently. So I guess we can say they did not pass the test. So we now need to remove the ones that were damaged, ASAP , as we do not want them to become a hazard as well as an eyesore. It it a small but tough job.
