"We had the pleasure of working with Creation 7 and Yaniv, our project manager. Our project was a large-scale remodel of a 4000+ sf house, that transformed an uninspired, outdated, and dark interior to a modern, light-filled interior. As an architect-owner with much design time and emotion, as well as money invested in the project, I probably rank pretty high on the fastidious scale of clients. Yaniv was conscientious about following up with any concerns I had on work in progress. We worked through the challenging pieces of my project with tight dimensional tolerances and unusual details including large scale pivot doors, blind doors, skylight wells with complex geometries, flush invisible baseboards, stepped reveal between wall and stairs, and others. This care was taken while sticking to the construction schedule, and allowing us to move in on-schedule (which also allowed us to move out of our previous house and to sell it). We thoroughly enjoy our new house. Thank you to Yaniv and the entire Creation 7 team! "

"We got a master suite addition into our backyard from Lecut and Edgar was the foreman. Once we got the permits the work started. The entire process from start to finish was pretty efficient. If we didn't like how something was done and wanted something to be re-done, touched up, etc the workers were always accommodating which makes us very happy. Michael kept us updated on what was going on so we were kept in the loop. The workers wore masks and did Covid-precautions"

"Joel started by giving me a good overview of the work that would need to be done, including unexpected issues like a new electrical breaker box as the old would not allow for the required code upgrades. So no big surprises as we proceed. He had me work with a designer to pick out tile, cabinets, fixtures, countertops etc. Once material arrived, work proceeded well and when problems arose (inevitable), they were well communicated and resolved. Result is beautiful. Some problems with inspector because of earlier un-permitted work unrelated to the bathrooms; Joel helped get these issues resolved as well to speed us through final inspection. "

"We engaged Lavan construction for renovation of 2 bathrooms and addition of a number of storage closets in our house. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them beginning from the design phase to construction. The 3d renderings that Lavan provided of the choices we made for the bathroom stall shower was very helpful to visualize the final look. The tile work in particular was excellent. We added a couple of items in the end and lavan was able to accommodate it. We worked with Robert , lavanâ s cabinet designer, to design a walk in wardrobe, kitchen pantry and hallway linen cabinet. His designs were accurate and focussed on utility. The quality of the material used and the execution was perfect to the last detail. Robert himself installed all of them in under a day. Overall we are very pleased with our experience with Lavan. Worth the money we spent."

"Ever since we moved into our house 7 years ago I have dreamed of updating our 80â s themed kitchen. I love to cook and spend a lot of time in there. I had a fantastic experience working with The Remodel Nest. The owners, Andrew & Anthony, are attentive and friendly, and they are VERY committed to making sure that everything goes perfectly (well, as perfectly as things like this can ever go. There are always uncontrollable variables in construction). The quality of the work is outstanding and their services are really reasonably priced compared to how much other contractors are charging for similar work. Any time we had an issue it was instantly dealt with and they consistently responded to our all texts and calls within 5-20 minutes. The guys they have working for them are competent and very experienced and we felt really comfortable having them in the house for the duration of the remodel. Andrew came by the house every couple of days to check on the progress and address any concerns or questions that we had. And I canâ t believe how fast the project was done. We TOTALLY rehauled our entire kitchen (itâ s not very big) and they finished the entire project in 2 ½ weeks. And that insanely fast time frame even happened in less than ideal circumstances for them as they had some of their guys out. They did a fantastic job of managing a tricky situation and staying true to the time commitment they made to us. When we move on to our next project of the upstairs bathroom we will definitely be working with them again. You hear so many horror stories from friends and online reviews of contractors being flaky, dragging out projects for months, cutting corners, and not communicating well with their customers. I canâ t believe I was so lucky to come across The Remodel Nest early in the process and to have such a positive experience. "
