Prior to having the unit replaced, they sent a techncian out (Umberto) who completely diagnosed the system and advised me of the current situation. I chose to have the unit replaced. All of the installing technicians were professional and courteous. They arrived on time and had my unit up and running within hours. Removed the old equipment and cleaned up afterwards.
