Installer was here almost two hours to accomplish all of these tasks, but there didn't appear to be any problems. It was a lot of work (especially the digital phone). The phone hasn't been activated yet (we were warned it would take a couple of weeks), and the display on the receiver had to be replaced later, but we're happy with the new services and the knowledge and professionalism of the two employees who came out to our home

We signed up for the service because we were moving overseas for 6 months and heard the service would still work in Europe. This was absolutely true. The service was so good we kept it when we moved back to the US and have been with Vonage ever since. I love the visual voicemail. We can see or hear a message from my blackberry when we're out. Happy with their service. Only downside is the price keeps creeping up

They were here on time; they ran all new cables from the telephone pole into the house. they installed protection boxes as well. All this work and wiring was neatly done. They showed me how to use this equipment as well. I had an issue with the remote control & I was able to call their service hotline and they were able to assist me with reprograming the remote without a problem. Today (July 23) they sent out an inspector to make sure everything was installed properly and everything was working; that was impressive that they check their workman's work

It is the only one in the area. I would recommend them to a friend and family member. Of the cable providers that I have had, I've had fewer problems with Bright House.

This is a telephone service at $25 a month with unlimited local and long distance calling in the US and Canada. It's a VOIP system, which means the telephone call is routed through a high speed internet service. You need to have a good internet provider to enjoy this service. A year ago, the sound quality was a little cheaper sounding than the regular lines. It's nearly caught up in quality now, and it is tremendously less expensive. We also checked, and it now has 911 identification in case of an emergency call in our area, something that VOIP systems are still working on

What a terrific service provider! I suddenly realized I had no dial tone on any of my phones, checked the outside AT&T network connection, and realized I had a problem "on my side of the box." Looked up phone repair on Angie's List and found "a retired telephone man," whom I knew was the right provider since I worked for "the telephone company" many years ago myself. Jim answered the call immediately, listened to my explanation, assured me that he could help, asked me to "text" my address, and said he would be here in about 90 minutes. And he was! Wow. Diagnosed, explained, and fixed the problem and was gone in less than 45 minutes. I would heartily recommend Jim to anyone having "inside" wiring problems, as he is a faster and less expensive solution than dealing with you-know-who! :-

The residential start-up was simple. Mark returned my call, I gave him my local phone number (which I was able to keep), Ma-Bell (AT&T) took a few weeks to transfer the number to him, in the meantime, Mark mailed me the conversion box, once Ma-Bell transferred my phone number to him I just moved the wire from the home phone jack into his converter box near my computer router. I did not need to buy new phones as this system uses the standard modular jack that has been used in homes for years (RJ-11). This is a small business and Mark is the main contact. There are others employed, but Mark manages most of the business. The best way to contact him is via email [email protected] or you can leave a message at this office. If you are considering this service, here is a link that reports how well your VOIP phone connection would work courtesy of 8x8, Inc: http://voiptest.8x8.com Overall, I am very pleased with his service. I would easily choose him over Vonage, Fonality, 8x8, Speakeasy, Magic Jack, etc. It was very helpful that he works nearby, but he has installations all over the US. BTW, his residential service is the same as our Comcast residential phone service at a much lower cost. His commercial service has a HUGE array of options including many lines into a music on hold system that has a "call queue" that tells callers where they are in line. I realize I am reporting very favorably about this company and even know the owner on a first name basis AFTER the installation. I am just as fast to rip into a company that does not measure up. I hope this information is useful to others on AL and I also hope all that all who use this information will have the same positive experience with this company as I

He spent about an hour programming multiple phones to accommodate the transfer feature which was no longer working after switching phone carriers. Current phone provider wanted to charge 3 times the amount with no guarantee of success. When speaking to him on the phone, he recognized our old phone system and had a good idea of what needed to be done. When he arrived, he discussed our needs and desires with this phone system. He got right to work programming it and was finished within an hour. He did not try to sell me an entire new system
