Boston Patio Installation

Considered both a deck extension and the creation of a stone patio. The deck was surprisingly affordable relative to the patio option. Deck man was prompt in providing the quote and completing the work. We are very satisfied with the results.

Beantown replaced siding on 3 out of 4 sides of my house with Hardie fiber cement plank boards; they tore down an old deck and built a new one in its place; and they removed and replaced a sliding patio door. Very professional company that uses high quality materials and left me feeling confident that they would do the job better than many alternatives. Jim, the owner, was there to answer my many questions from the quote phase all the way through to completion and even afterward. His responsiveness is exceptional and appreciated. The crew was punctual and incredibly fast - I couldn't believe they took down my old siding and installed new siding in 3 days. Amazing. My house and new deck look awesome. I appreciate the whole company's professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness. They registered my products and sent my warranties promptly, and they also gave me some good tips and pointers that made me feel more knowledgeable about my home and new deck/siding. Price-wise, I would say they are higher than average, but it's more important to me that the work on my home is done right, not done cheaply, and that the contractor is honest, which is why I went with Beantown for this project. I wasn't disappointed and would hire them again, but I did have to forego some additional deck work that I had hoped to have done because it was starting to go beyond my budget. Jim was open that the cost of decking at the time of our project was more expensive than usual, so I appreciate his candor. In terms of honesty and professionalism, Beantown is the best contractor I've ever worked with. If I were to offer any suggestions for improvement, it would be that some of the detail work on the siding (i.e. a noticeably rough cut on a siding plank in one spot above a small roof) and post-siding cleanup could have been more thorough. I'm still finding nails around my house, and that's to be expected, but there were also nails and debris left on my roofs. Not a huge deal, but for the cost, I would have appreciated more attention to those kind of details, especially when it's hard for me to clean up on my own. I also did not realize that the siding work was going to cause as much intense vibration as it did, and I did have a potted plant fall off of a shelf and shatter, so it would have been nice to have that head's up. Now I know for next time. Overall, Beantown is a trustworthy, punctual, professional contractor that does high quality work. I would hire them again for future projects.

We recently hired Archadeck to remove our old deck and patio, and replace them with new ones. We could not be happier with how the new space turned out! The deck and patio are both gorgeous and seem rock solid. We recently had an unrelated contractor over, who (unprompted) remarked how impressed he was at how level they were able to make the patio - that he usually doesn't see such good work. The things I appreciated most were: 1) The thoughtful planning phase of the project, and consideration of what we were looking for. They really wanted to make sure we were picking out exactly what was best for us, both design and material 2) Good communication and project management once the work started 3) Flexibility with minor changes (per our request) once the project was already underway 4) Rapid response and remedy when something unplanned happened Although we don't expect we'll need a new deck or patio anytime soon, if we ever did find ourselves in such a position, we would use Archadeck again without a second thought.

We are extremely happy with our outside space and its truly because of the job archadeck did to transform our area! They did our original deck and patio which is amazing. When we decided to add a raised patio for the grill we called them. We know they are not the least expensive option but the quality is guaranteed. We are thrilled with the results!

Fantastic experience from the initial contact through to the finished product. The quote was more than fair, and the team assigned to both jobs was so hard working, knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. The team was super respectful of the property, Andre, the owner, stopped by multiple times per day on both projects, and made sure I was happy. The stone wall was in complete disarray and now looks incredible. The patio was uneven and small, and Andre and team found and installed stone in a way that you can't tell which stone is original vs. new. My wife and I bought our house a couple years ago and from day 1 we struggled to figure out what we were going to do with our back yard. We live on a hill and have a large existing retaining wall that was not only unsafe (we have small children) but also broke the space up in a weird way. They were great! They were efficient and responsive. There were two to three guys here doing the work. They completed the job in about 5 days.

I have used Giuseppe , and I would highly recommend using their services. My first experience was for a deck remodel and the second was for a patio. In both cases, the finished product was much better than I could have imagined and the pricing was pretty reasonable.
