Recent Review: Great I am going to use him again.... It's so hard to find reliable people and the other companies I have found on Angie's List, none of them showed up for scheduled appointments so I didn't think he would either.... He showed up when he was supposed to for the initial quote and then showed up when he said he was going to to do the work so A+ I will definitely use him again.

Recent Review: I have used them for many times. It was good. He did my kitchen. I got a lot complements on my kitchen. It still looked beautiful. He updated my bathroom to freshen it.

Recent Review: The project came out fabulous. Bill McLellan was a terrific person to work with throughout the entire project. He has a great network of sub-contractors and completed the project in turn key fashion. Bill was ALWAYS available and responsive. That means a lot when you are completing a major project like we did. He has a wealth of knowledge and was helpful throughout the project for suggestions on improvements. At the end of the day we are very happy with the completed project and would recommend Bill to anyone.

Recent Review: Jim and Sean ARE studs. Seriously! Respectful, courteous, and responsible. Jim and Sean show up to do work, when they say they will. And they work hard to complete the job. And while they clearly take pride in doing the job in the time-frame given...they don't let that take precedence over doing the job PROPERLY. They were extremely respectful of our space...going to great efforts to keep things as clean as possible at the end of every day. And even though I work from home, and my wife and 2 yr old were home a few days a week as well, they worked around us to keep the project moving, while not being overly obtrusive. Confident, yet modest and humble. Jim knows what he's doing, and what needs done. While he can tackle anything and surely do a great job, he knows when to call on a specialized sub to get it just right. Our crown moldings were really tricky. They were entirely enclosed in a space that wasn't the least bit square or plum in any corner!. Jim was up front saying that while he could do it, one wrong cut could spell trouble. So he brought in his expert crown guy to get it done accurately. I was always very appreciative of how up front and honest Jim was. Patient. Jim was always excellent about giving us a good heads up when we would have to make decisions and choices. When subs came to handle painting or electrical, we were always given plenty of advanced notice on any related decisions we'd have to make. But often, until something is done, you can't know exactly how it will look. Jim was very patient and went to great lengths to make sure we were happy...even when that meant having to re-stain some trim that was already set to go up. We decided the day before he was going to install, that we just weren't happy with how well it coordinated with existing trim in the house. And Jim was very good about helping us pick out what turned out to be the perfect stain color and getting all new trim ready to still go in the next day. We were thrilled. I will absolutely call on Studs again for my next project. Whether it's an addition, new construction, or just some handy work I don't have time to tackle. I feel relieved just knowing I've found a great contractor I can count on and trust.

Recent Review: I was very pleased, we are particular about our snow removal and he listened to our requests. He showed up on time. They are very friendly and very professional. They clearly have a good work ethic and want to do a good job.

Recent Review: BCP came in framed and cased windows and radded laminate floor, made a bar from scratch, framed walls an ceilings, sprayed popcorn on ceilings, painted all walls and ceiling, it looks so beautiful right now that I can't get out of my basement, I would recommend 100%.

Recent Review: Rarely (if ever) do I write reviews but we were so blown away by John from Lancaster Home Remodeling that I felt compelled to do so. We hired an architect for a major redesign of our home (addition, removal of walls, ceilings raised etc). We met with several contractors and liked John immediately. He was very thorough walking through the house and reviewing the architects design. He asked very detailed questions and it was clear when comparing John to the other contractors he was incredibly detailed oriented and we were unlikely to come across many surprises. After we hired John he was in regular communication regarding the start date and project timeline. He started right when he said he would and we were immediately impressed with work. John does not just pass off work to sub contractors. He was on site every day working, keeping everything on schedule and communicating with us about the status of our project. John caught things that the architect and engineers missed. There were several unexpected roadblocks and John handled each one of them calmly and confidently. You could tell this man has seen everything and knew how to solve anything our old house threw his way. John's craftmanship, work ethic and quality speak for themselves. Above all though, John is a good person, honest and friendly. I can recommend him with the utmost confidence.

Recent Review: Job went exactly as I had hoped. I have read some people complaing Bob doing things over email and phone. I thnk it is a great idea. I am sure not everything can be done this way but most can. Alot of time people are looking for just estimates and this takes away time from people like Bob who could be working on another job as well as my time having to be there for the estimate. I emailed Bob and asked for an estimate. He replied back promptly asking for some information and some pictures. i was happy to do it. Bob sent me back a quick estimate with a range of what it would be. I was fine with it and spoke to Bob and we set up a time for him to come. He arrived when promised and was very professional. We went over the job and he gave some ideas to my wife and myself which we agreed on. Took about a day and half to complete which he then went over everything with me to my complete satisfaction. Bob also makes sure everything is spotless when he is done. The job even came in on the lower side of the estimate which was also a pleasant surprise. I have a number of other projects that I need to be done and will certainly be contacting Bob in the future.

Recent Review: Rich was excellent: professional and personable. I could tell he understood what I wanted done during the estimate and he was efficient and neat during the work (2 days). Project came in less than estimate. Would call this provider again.

Recent Review: Everything Excellent. Chris is very communicable and great to work with. He was professional and flexible throughout the entire project. His sub contractors were also great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and hire again.
