Loftland Construction

Loftland Construction was definitely money and time well spent! From the beginning of my interaction with them, the company and owner gained my respect from the level of detail, expertise and professionalism exhibited. I own a building and was looking for a contractor to finish a basement apartment for me so that I could take advantage of unused space and create another stream of income for the property. The project came in at budget which from previous experience I know is not always the case. The work and craftsmanship was excellent. Something that I thought was very cool is that the owner Mr. Jones had a couple of other projects going on at the time and invited me out with the owner's permission of course so that I could actually see his people at work. This increased my comfort level even more. I was able to get the unit rented a couple months after completion and still have the same tenant today because of the excellent job Loftland Construction did on the unit. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done and they are at the top of my list for any future projects I may have.

From start to finish they were extremely professional. We had several roofers come out and assess the damages, and the reason we chose Loftland Construction is because they were professional and very reasonable in price. They were accommodating to our schedule, as well as maintained strong communication on their progress. Since they did the work, we haven't had any issues with our roof at all.
