• Searching, hunting selecting and hiring (from junior specialists to top-management, including IT department ( PHP full stack/front-end/back-end developers):

- communications with the inside customers (department managers);

- job profile creation;

- choosing the sourcing tools (FB,Link, telegram and other standard job sites);

- creation and choosing of candidates evaluation tools;

- candidates interviewing and skill evaluation (with: phone, private interview, panel interview);

- job-offer preparation;

- organization and supporting of the staff reception process.

• Administration of personnel rotation.

• Control and implementation of adaptation process.

Key responsibilities:
• manage all phases of full-cycle recruitment process (from 30 vacancies, from screening CVs to employment, and supporting adaptation during 1-3 months);
• placement and management of vacancies;
• establishing effective communications and improving interrelations with customers;
• reporting for managers and customers;
• participation in HR-brand projects;
• junior staff supervision

Key responsibilities:
- recruiting the staff, recruited 40+ qualified specialists;
- writing up job descriptions;
- reviewing resumes and applications sent in by job applicants;
- maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
- reviewing staff monthly vacation reports;
- preparing high quality documentation;
- HR policy development;
- preparation of documents, related to personnel: hiring, select, vacations, dismissal of employers.
