Ballard Lock & KeyBallard Lock & Key did a GREAT job! When I called, they were very responsive and provided me recommendations about the type of keyless locks available I could purchase (which I purchased separately from Amazon). With the new lock in hand, I called back the next day to make an appointment and they were able to get me scheduled just a couple of days later. The locksmith arrived on time, with a mask and gloves (which I appreciated greatly, since most service folks aren't, even in this age of Covid), did a great job installing the keyless lock, and fixed a problematic lock on an outer door. The price was $200 for everything. I might not have appreciated how great things were with Ballard Lock & Key had I not tried another company first that failed to respond to emails and calls. It was only after Ballard Lock & Key was scheduled to come out that the first company finally responded and offered to install the keyless lock - nothing else - for $525 to $575. Bottom line: Go with Ballard Lock & Key. They're awesome.- Michelle Ulick R.

Elite LocksmithThe work itself was fine. However, the cost was almost double the original estimate, and the original service tech did not show up on time. Ravenna LocksmithWe were very happy with the work done. From the time I contact Howard Nevitt he was so helpful. He gave us tips to help deal with the bad lock until he could come to our house. He was on time and provided great information so we could make a good decision about the new locking doorknob. He completed all the work in a timely manner and was so professional and nice during the process. We felt his rates were very fair. I locked my new electric bike with a kryptonite lock and could not unlock it last week at Walgreens in Anacortes. I called several locksmiths. Most did not answer nor did they return my call when I left a voicemail. One referred me to Bill. He returned my call almost immediately. He could not come that evening but met me the following morning. When we met he told me he had stopped by Walgreens to check out the situation with my bike. It took him about 15 minutes to cut the lock and he only charged $20.00! I HIGHLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend Bill if you need a locksmith or locks. He is extremely professional, works well within the COVID-19 guidelines, i.e. wears a mask, and is very reasonable regarding his rates. I have already recommended him to several friends.

Sound Lock & Key is our lifesaver! Erik is super fast, always answers his phone, happy to help. We have hired Sound Lock & Key for a few projects now. We have had our business re-keyed (4 doors), our pool table re-keyed, truck lockouts help, candy machine re-keyed, and even hand-towel dispenser locks added. His pricing is fair and his work is always outstanding. I would highly recommend Sound Lock & Key to anyone that is locked out or needing new keys made. Best in the area!

We were so pleased with the great work we received from LeBron and Castleberry's Carpentry. LeBron was extremely hardworking, timely, and conscientious of our budget. He offered good suggestions and listened to what we had to say. LeBron is clearly a perfectionist and takes a lot of pride in giving his customers what they want. He was willing to "got the extra mile" to make sure our job was done right! Scheduling took a while because he is busy (like everyone in Seattle) but it was worth the wait. White Glove was great to work with - I really appreciated that they came out beforehand to look at the work carefully, and put together an estimate that included estimated times and options for each item on the list to address. They did high-quality work when here that I haven't had any problems with, and worked efficiently. The only thing to be aware of is that they had about a 1 month scheduling lead time - but that speaks mostly to the quality that they bring and the demand they're in!
