    The guy came and did absolutely nothing. Took everything out of my refrigerator and made an absolute mess and said sorry samsung refrigerator’s suck, I can’t repair it. He took $180 and did absolutely NOTHING.

    Called three different air conditioning repair services and decided on Lee's Air Conditioning because they offered a 15% off discount on the part for senior citizens. I called and they were able to come out the same day and they actually arrived ahead of schedule which was great because the temperature that day was 109 degrees! The technician was able to determine the problem immediately. The capacitor had blown and he was able to get the part we needed within an hour. We were very pleased with Lee's service and would definitely use them again. Very professional, friendly and fair

    Had multiple issues on a new property. Called in and had good experience with reception about making an appointment and approximated pricing. Within just a few hours the tech called in to confirm the appointment for the next day and double checked the issues I had called about. Then the next day the tech called just an hour before the appointment to confirm again. They came out and assessed the problems (which there were several). Then the technician gave me multiple options for how to solve the problem and quotes on all the services. I asked if there was any cheaper way to go, he gave me other options even gave me another company that said was a bit cheaper, but explained there quality and service record. I had to think a bit about how much in the long run i would save and realized though there were cheaper companies around, I had no interest in just getting by. 110 degrees in Fresno is not worth it, so for a little more i went with LEE's and Ill do it again, though with how well they fixed everything, I may not even have to! Totally Recommend These guys! - unless you like having multiple trips and service charges!

    It went well as far as I am concerned. Although the bearing was not replaced (estimated cost was about $350.00-400.00 with parts and labor) the repair men gave me a good option of waiting for the bearing to totally degrade (as long as I didn't mind the increasing noise of the bearing wearing out) before buying a new clothes washer for $500.00-850.00. My cost for the "look and assess" was $75.00. Good value with good choices to consider. I'll eventually buy a new washer but this gives me the time to find a good value. Pleased

    Called the number and the was able to get my appointment scheduled. They were able to squeeze me in as it was a week before Christmas. Everyone's equipment seemed to need work so I was glad they could make it happen for me. The service man arrived on time and was ready to work. He didn't mind me watching either. He was very polite, chatted with me while he worked, and was able to rewire the light socket in about 15 minutes. He cleaned up the area where he was working and we tested everything before he left. Couldn't be happier. Would gladly do business with again
