Brewer's Flooring

Love my new floors and glad to bid rid of carpet. Quality and price of flooring was great. Everyone was professional and job was done on time. They did a great job and also cleaned up when they were done. Would definitely hire again.

The installers were very professional and did a great job. Work was clean and well-done. Brewer's flooring helped us decide the right flooring option over multiple visits and never pushed us to decide/buy with them. Especially loved the family-run business aspect, and their follow-up after the work was done. I will hire them again

Everyone was professional and courteous from the showroom to the installers. There was zero pressure in the showroom but the owner (Linda) was very helpful. When the husband arrived to measure he found I had under estimated the square footage so they called with a new bid with accurate square footage. The installers were very friendly and moved furniture around with no damage. It took them a week to pull old carpet and laminate floors and install the new hardwoods, which was the estimate given. My only downside was the new floors were exceptionally filthy and it took me days, a box of swiffers and 4 steam mop sessions to get them cleaned. I'm still finding sawdust all over, from kitchen cabinets to fireplace mantel. That may be what is expected in this type of scenario, I just wasn't expecting it.

Dan and Linda Brewer were very helpful in assisting us in choosing carpet for such a large area. We love the whole new look and the installation team of Joe, Joe and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. We were very happy with the entire job. Yes I would return to Brewer for future flooring and my mom had her kitchen floor replaced with them as well and loves it too!

I met Linda the first time I walked into the showroom. I told her what I was looking for. I chose a couple of options and asked her to compare. I was able to bring samples to my home. She was easy to work with and very helpful. They were 6 weeks out with projects, but she worked me in earlier since mine was small.

We had been to several floor providers and either did not like the cost, did not like the floor material, or were wary of the service. Brewers was listed on Angies List and was not far from our home. We visited Brewers were given several samples to take home to try out in our kitchen. We settled on a sheet vinyl product. The next week a man came to look at our kitchen and gave us an official proposal. We liked their proposal and set up a date for installation. Two workers arrived promptly at 8 AM the next week and did a very good job of laying the new sheet vinyl tile that we picked out. It looks very good and we have received compliments about it from our friends. The installation took about 5 hours including letting the glue dry. The men had to move our furniture out of the kitchen including the refrigerator and stove and when the glue had dried they moved everything back.

Mike Brewer was of great help in the selection design and color of flooring materials. The installation crew, Todd and Andre were polite, friendly and prompt. They showed up when they said they would and worked on the project every day until completion. They moved our furniture without any damage and left a clean work area every day of the project. We were very comfortable to leave them alone to work on our home. This was not the cheapest bid we received, however we are very pleased with the value received for the money. The floors, of course, are beautiful

The old linoleum flooring INSTALLED BY A DIFFERENT COMPANY SOME YEARS AGO was defective, It shrunk away form the walls and a much wider wood trim was installed to cover the defects. I was never advised that the product was recalled and that I was entitled to replacement free of charge. Brewer removed the old flooring and replaced it with new vinyl after they made some repairs to the subfloor.. They also replaced the molding around the cabinets plus the wood baseboards and quarter-round. Everyone I dealt with from this company was very professional. They explained everything and were on time and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them for any kind of flooring needs in the future and certainly highly recommend them.

It's a family-owned business. I went in there a couple of times to look at stuff and they were patient and helpful. My husband called a couple of times to ask about installation and they were always courteous with that.

The Brewers were wonderful to meet with. They gave us lots of information about our options, and did a really thorough estimate. They really helped us make the best choices in what products to go with. I loved that they were helpful, and didn't pressure us at all. The guys who did all if the work were amazing! They were prompt, courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. They got everything done in under three days.

Mr. and Mrs. Brewer were knowledgable on products and helpful on picking various colors schemes for the kitchen. All workman were punctual, polite and efficient. Will use Brewer's again,

We went to visit Brewer's after reading the great ratings on Angie's List. We were greeted by a guy who was so disinterested in talking to us that he barely spoke. He showed us where the hardwood samples were but he didn't tell us anything about them. We had questions, but we had to pry the answers out of him. He was very distant, unfriendly, and perhaps even angry about having to be there. When we looked at a sign with prices per square foot for different types of flooring, we took a guess. He nodded to indicate we were right but nothing else. He didn't tell us if he had any in stock, how long it would take for the flooring to come in after we ordered it, what their installers will do, etc. We were the only customers in the store, and we brought in a sample of our existing hardwood to find a match. We couldn't figure out what was wrong, but his attitude was so terrible we left after 5 minutes. Maybe he was a cousin of the owner, just keeping the doors open on a Saturday morning. Whatever. We won't go back.

This was a very easy transaction and installation. Brewer Floors offered us excellent advise when we selected our product and provided a very easy payment program at no interest. The installation was quick and skillful and our house looks 100% better as a result. We are getting ready to replace the floor in a couple of other rooms and we will certainly go back to Brewer when we are ready.

After a bad experience with another contractor, I went through Brewer's door with a healthy skepticism about what would be promised and delivered. After having assured me that they had been in the business a long time, with a good BBB rating and I could pay with a credit card to protect myself, I had them come out and bid the project. They were able to answer all of my husband's (the pickiest man alive) questions on the technical aspects of laying the wood. We had a few different bids from a couple of contractors but the experience and friendliness of the family operation won us over and we decided to go with Brewer's. The job took 4 days total which is what we had been told. The floor is beautiful and the installation is from what I can tell, perfect! When there was a piece of wood that had a bit more coloration than I liked put in a prominent place, they happily removed it and replaced it with another piece. I would highly recommend them for hardwood floors.

They were pleasant and cooperative. Their price was comparable. They did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. I would recommend them.

The men were courteous, prompt, professional, clean and very friendly. Mike was very easy to work with. I would use them again for other flooring needs.

I think it was Christian Brewer that I met at the store to get the estimate and she was very organized and very on top of things. Everything about flooring just came to her naturally. We had got two other bids from people on Angie's List and I think that their price was good and comparable.

It went very good with Brewer. The price was reasonable. They also installed the carpeting in the family room, dining room, office, and three bedrooms. They were courteous and they gave us a good price. I would recommend them to anybody. They are family owned and operated. They are very friendly and they will work you.

The owner of the company is very nice. He is very detailed. It is a family-owned company and I didn't feel like I have to deal with the middle man and I felt like he guarantees his work. I would use him again in the future too if necessary.

They did a good job installing the wood flooring. They made a mistake on something and they corrected it at their own cost. The guys were friendly. Everything went well. I would use them again in the future.

Very pleased with the installation and service. The installers did a great job. I would use them again. Initially we visited the store and was shown various options by Mike Brewer. A few days later, Dan Brewer came by, looked at the kitchen and family room and gave us an estimate. Everyone was very helpful and easy to work with. Dan gave us a couple of options as to what we could do.

They were excellent. I didn't have any dislikes. I thought they did really well. They had the job done in 2 days. They were in and out and they got the job done. They were very professional. They did really good on the clean-up. They were very informative. They had worked for over 20 years. The guys that installed the flooring had been doing it since they were young. They were very professional and very quick. They gave us input on when we were trying to decide on the order and told us that it was really up to us, that it was our choice. They were very good. We did find a price that was lower, but we went for the quality and professionalism. They were on top of things. We would use them again in the future.

Price, POS service and selection are all really great...however installation on all 3 jobs has left a bad taste in my mouth for them and I would not have their installers in my home again. On the tile job we've had problems with grout joints crumbling between floor and tile baseboards. Our kitchen had the same team of installers who kept the remnents instead of leaving them behind for future repairs. Basement carpet install went fine, but after a few years we had many large bumps develop and decided to go with another company to restretch the carpet. When I ordered addtional tiles, we got a good cash and carry discount so we received what I would say was the best price in town. They were also able to put my "small" order in with a larger one, so that I did not have to pay the usual shipping fee.

Prempt service at showroom by owner of co. Rep from company was prompt in coming out to measure area. Installers took 2 days, polite during time of install. OVerall intstallation work looked very good. I tookd advantage of 0% financing program, which was very good
