"Sierra came out to measure and take pictures. &nbsp;They gave a quote and we went with them because of the quality of the merchandise and professionalism of service. &nbsp;Their installers were excellent and treated the job as if they owned the company. &nbsp;We had delays with other trades and Hanover was very patient with our needing more time prior to ordering. &nbsp;I was very impressed with Sierra's knowledge of all the products. &nbsp;The installers were so professional, taking great care to not track in over our flooring. &nbsp;They even came back to check on something that we did not even notice as a problem, but they thought it needed tweeking to make it perfect. &nbsp;Sierra made sure we got all the discounts and bonuses available at the time of purchase. &nbsp;Everything came in on time and installation went without a hitch! &nbsp;I would strongly recommend them for window treatments. <br />

"It was important for us to work with a local family company with a long history of strong customer service. With the exception of one man who works routinely in the showroom and does not respond to the door or calls professionally, we are very happy that we chose Twin Brothers. Mark was fantastic in helping us narrow the final selection of flooring options and finalizing the project. Every detail was planned and the project was delivered exactly as expected. All emails and calls were returned timely manner. The project started one day late because another projected "ended late" but our project finished two days early so we were very happy to have our home back ready for use. There was an issue with the tile after the fact and Twin Brothers stood by the product and made repairs under the warranty. They were 100% professional at all times and took every step to remedy the needed repair. We have recommended Twin Brother multiple times since working with them although they are not the "lowest price". There is value in professionalism, timeliness, high-quality workmanship, and standing behind a product. Our friends who have used them have also been happy. Nick, the owner, was extremely punctual and was here every day verifying that the quality of work he said was going to be done was actually performed. He used subcontractors to take care of the stucco work and they were exceptionally good at what they did. The quality of the work that he and his crew did was perfect. His level of communication for any issues or changes was excellent and he was very responsive throughout the entire process. When they came to start the preparation procedure, they were here every day until the job was finished. I interviewed several painters for this work and proposal and many of them claimed that they could do everything. I was impressed with Nick especially, because he had associates and others that he could hire to do the specialty work that needed to be done in preparation for painting, and he did not claim to be able to do everything to that standard of care.
